This place used to be the best around but has been getting sloppy lately. Also, having higher prices because its a franchise? None of the advertised deals on the app or commercials are available here. Been going here less and less lately and only decided to post a review cause they gave me a gordita that’s missing all the fixings.

My experience sucked I ordered my food to be delivered and it never came I called my taco bell they told me to call doordash which I did for a refund they told me since I ordered thru tacobells website they would have to refund my money they said they couldn't to go thru corporate but there's no way to contact them. So I am out almost $40.00 with mo food and no refund. Will not order from them again or use doordash not they first time I had a problem with them.
Whoever decided to close the drive thru at rush hour made a bad decision. (Put someone with a phone or tablet, figure it out. My mother (who's in a wheelchair) trying to pickup her mobile order that we already paid for but can't because drive thru is closed.i drive up there to go inside. Guy tells me it's not ready (it's been 15+ minutes). Then I watch my food be made but nobody will hand it to me because the counter guy decides to wip the tables down right then. Gets irritated that I ask him to stop to get my food. Then hold my food hostage while he fills out some clipboard. I demand my food, then he wants me sign his clipboard. No thank you. All this for two tacos. Ridiculous.

Dine in ss better so you can have wrong orders corrected. We have ordered drive through and delivery several times times and order was not great quality. Last order the burritos tasted odd so ended up throwing several away. We also request 20 sauce packets for orders of atleast 8-10 items and usually get a handful maybe 1 per item except this last rime thrre was none at all. I know they are free but it's frustrating to find this out when you finally get home or have it deluvered.
