Loved the experience, was not my pick of place simply because I have dietary restrictions but I went with friends and they had a good time with good food while I had very delicious fries because I couldn't eat anything else without being difficult and I'm no Karen.
We stopped at the Purple Hull for a quick lunch on our way home from Augusta. Nice homestyle cooking and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed their meatloaf along with mashed potatoes & gravy. My beautiful wife also had the meatloaf with cabbage and okra & tomatoes. She liked the sides but didn't like the meatloaf as much as I did.
Service was fantastic!! Apologetic for fresh food?? I’d wait anytime I had white pieces of chicken fresh, juicy and tender….you can tell fresh not frozen chicken :). Didn’t tu the pies or cake will try on my next visit because I will be back!!
