It's very obvious here that they don't want to do their actual job I didn't even get greeted when I walked in even though an employee was sitting down doing nothing and no other employees were to be seen and I have to be at work at 8am so I have to scramble to go eat somewhere else before work I am a former restaurant manager and this is unacceptable I understand if you are busy but there was only one table seated and no one waiting or at the counter

Every table in the restaurant was dirty. There was trash left in the window sills, and the tables had food residue, salt, and sugar scattered across them. The wait staff seemed preoccupied with cussing and other inappropriate conversations instead of tending to the dining area. We moved to another table, but it was no cleaner—I ended up using a cleaning rag that was left out just to wipe our own table down.

The only professional in the entire building was the cook. At one point, the waiter even told us, and I quote, that we should “never clean our own table again because she could get in trouble if her manager saw her.”

We love this location, but this particular team on shift this morning made us feel like we may not return.

Rude server and the food was not what we've grown to expect from waffle house. Huge parking lot and not busy. Attitude goes a long way and it goes either way.

We ate there Saturday took forever to get an order taken took forever to get a drink order taken Then one of the cooks was yelling at one of the waitresses. We definitely like the one in Aiken better

Food was great but the service was awful. No interaction. No checking if we were ok or how the food was. The server was cleaning the back floor then immediately served food. Never washer her hands.

I use to be a Waffle House groupie! Several years back I went to one in Greenwood and sat at the high bar. It was still dirty from the last customers, that was fine. I waited 5-10 minutes then they started placing my silverware without wiping down my table! Have been back until today 10/11/2025 and the exact same experience! I’m not real picky but clear the table and hell give me a rag I’ll wipe it down if you’re too busy! I thought the pandemic made us more aware of germs.

Food was not good. Waffles thin, bacon thin and overcooked. Ham melt bread burnt. Didnt get our biscuit and gravy. Had to delete it off our bill at check out. We were the only people in the place.

We love Waffle House but this one was a little off. My daughter's ordered Texas Cheeses Steak ans noth got patty melts. The bacon in my Texas Chicken Melt was soggy. Otherwise the food it was not bad but not grearlt it was okay. Great service and fast service so it is over a 4 out of 5.

I went here with a group of friends the other night/morning. Some of us never received our food and when we asked about it, the server said the cook needed a break. Then he disrespected one of the females in our group. When we said something to him about it, he started getting irate with me. I told him not to worry about my food and that we were leaving. I paid for the food and I'm sure I was overcharged. I didn't get a receipt.
