First I ordered pickup in drive thru because I'm disable, I told the lady in drive thru I was there to pick up my order and the rude told me that I had to come inside because they wouldn't give me my order even though it was slow and I was the only car. When I got on the inside I noticed they were trying to give me what appeared to be old folk so I asked for them to cook my food fresh since I was already in the store. The very nice young lady at the register said she would do that, after waiting about 10 minutes my food was ready so I assumed everything would be correct. Once I got home which was about 5 minutes away nothing was fresh they didn't have any sauce to go with the nuggets, no drinks were even in the machine. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER POOR WENDY'S NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THAT ONE.....

The chili no longer has meat in it???? The baked potato was very small. No silverware at the selfserve area. No chocolate frosty.

Go to get breakfast with nobody in line but me in the drive thru lady directs me to go up to the door afteri paid and had to wait additional 15 mins for no one to come give me my food all i ordered was a sandwhich and hashbrown

Employees are over charging customers. I get the same order every time i go to any wendy’s the total is the same except for today. I ordered a crispy chicken blt biggie bag, on the menu and app my total is 6.60$ after tax. Why am i being charged $8.03 ? I tell the employee that can’t be right and she is trying to argue me down about it. I asked for a receipt she then tells me I’m not getting one very unprofessional and rude. I would like a refund for the entire order.

This Wendy's drive thru line does not connect to the other side of the parking lot. Despite this the employees direct customers to the mobile pickup spots on the other side of the building from the drive thru. To get there the customer has to turn left on to a 4 lane road with no light then cross traffic again to make an immediate left to get back in the parking lot. This is ridiculous, if there's no room for mobile pickup on the same side as the drive thru don't send people into the road just wait and fulfill their order. If I'd known this I would have went somewhere else. They didn't have one of the drinks I ordered so I received a random one of their selection without being notified or asked. I had to go inside and ask for my food as it had been pushed aside and forgotten. One of the worst dining experiences I've had recently, even by the low standards of area Wendy's.

I don't know who was making orders today but they did a horrible job. I ordered a baked potato but I didn't get it. I ordered chili cheese fries and didn't get it. I ordered a tangerine twist drink but instead they gave me some type of drink with caffeine in it but I can't have caffeine due to my heart condition. And the burger was just put together sloppy.

I don’t frequent Wendy’s, but I’ve gone to 3 different Wendy’s tonight to fulfill a very specific craving. Not only did this location have the items I wanted to order, but Liana was so friendly and amazing. Her wonderful customer service was greatly appreciated.

The Martintown location is beyond bad. Been given wrong items, very slow service, items missing from order, etc. Never had problems at the Edgefield location. Guess I’ll be going back there instead.
