I don’t frequent Wendy’s, but I’ve gone to 3 different Wendy’s tonight to fulfill a very specific craving. Not only did this location have the items I wanted to order, but Liana was so friendly and amazing. Her wonderful customer service was greatly appreciated.

The Martintown location is beyond bad. Been given wrong items, very slow service, items missing from order, etc. Never had problems at the Edgefield location. Guess I’ll be going back there instead.

The inside is locked super early I came for lunch at 8 and they’re doors were locked it forced me to go thru drive thru and made me late from my break at work I couldn’t cancel cause I paid thru the app

Worst ever. Did an online order. Waited almost half an hour only to find they never put our order up to be made. Other customers waited as well. The burger looked disgusting like it was thrown together and wasn't happy that you had to look to find the meat. Wendy's is now as bad as everywhere else.

May want to avoid. workers do their best, but appear untrained. Could not make a menu item correctly. No manager on site for issues. Did not have a single plastic fork. Had to eat with a spoon.

Terrible experience tonight. Girl at the window
Severely over charged us for our order. We had to ask her to adjust the 2.99 kids meals. Argues with us about the 1.69 crispy sandwhiches saying they are $3 piece so we just
Took them off. Left out one drink we had to ask for that straws spoons and our receipt. Wont be back to this location.

Would have been full 5* except unable to use the Wendy's app. Was told if he tried it would reboot his computer. Friendly and hot food.

This is long overdue. I haven't gone as often recently but Ivy & Bridget are the best!!! They are always eager when i pull up to the speaker to pick up my online order. Keep up the great disposition. You guys are the absolute best!!!

Item missing from order and fries only half full. We went to the trouble to go inside even though my mom is in a wheelchair because the drive thru is so notoriously slow and inaccurate. This did speed up service quite a bit but didn't help of course with the errors in order fulfillment.

I was especially sad to get home and realize the large fry I got to share with my daughter was only half full, so I didn't get any fries.

Order the hamburger bacon deluxe. Crystals makes a better hamburger than this. Won’t be ordering this again. See if you can find the hamburger. Give you a clue it’s between the two cheeses.
