Was open til 2am and came through the drive-thru at 12:58am with a mobile order, website said theyre open til 2am and the app. Told me they were closed with a nasty attitude. Thanks I guess.

We planned a stop off I-20 specifically to be at a Wendy's, walked in obligatory bathroom, then walk to to order and see told the lobby is closed. But there were people sitting inside eating.
Poor staffing.
Walked next door to Chick fil A where once again they nailed it!

Get a new crew. Im done not being able to get my tea bc ur workers dont like it. And when we order 2 larges i expect 2 larges like my god. Listen to what ur customers want and give them what they pay for. Thanks for another small breakfast when i order 2 larges one for me and one for my wife its 9:30am

Not one to make reviews but my wife daughter and I Have come in multiple times to horrible service the staff has treated us very disrespectfully from demeanor to body language they make me feel unwelcome I will not be back to this location I’d feel better going anywhere else to eat

Forgot my burger at first. When I got it, a Dave's Single, there was just the patty, cheese, and bun. No lettuce, condiments, pickle, nothing. So, for whoever ordered a plain cheeseburger at Wendy's, sorry, I ate your food.
