Ordered through Grubhub and by far best wings in the Augusta area. Lemon pepper, Korean BBQ was hot and Cajun, ordered extra crispy and they were all great, cooked perfectly. They weren't stingy with the veggie sticks either. Blue cheese dressing had lots of blue cheese chunks too.

I ordered Wingstop through Uber eats and my food was hard and burnt and my drink was flat. I usually never have a bad experience like this and I usually do not take to google for this, but this was beyond bad.

Staff was nice but the wings were just awful. Almost no sauce on most of them, and they weren’t even crunchy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Food quality is not present at this restaurant.

Never called out my name so food sat for 10-15 min. This location is always slow, expect the wait time to be double.

Food is the only reason I would go there the staff needs work. When management can sit and do paperwork while customers wait over 35 mins for food there is a disconnect. She did not get up to assist the one cook until I got up to ask how much longer it would take. Utterly ridiculous to have that cook work on numerous tickets with no help and also why let your in house customers wait longer as you work on online orders. Food was delicious when we finally received it but this was awful customer service and I wasn’t the only one this was done to the gentleman waited at least 45 mins and he was alone she comped him but not us.
This doesn’t reflect this individual restaurant location. The T-Mobile coupon was a joke. It was advertised to be usable til the end of the week, but corporate got greedy and made it “sold out” within 24 hours. If it’s good til the end of the week, honor that. Corporate greed at its finest.
Food was delivered to my job. Wingstop could not tell me who picked up my order that was placed through WINGSTOP. Food was delivered with an unsealed bag and French fries were missing. Was told I could contact ubereats and DoorDash to figure out who delivered my food. Absolutely nothing but rude comments of the person who answered the phone at north Augusta Wingstop. WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE ANYMORE SINCE THEY CANT KEEP TRACK OF WHO PICKED UP AND DELIVERED AN ORDER THAT WAS DONE THROUGH THEM. Ruined my entire lunch due to the fact that the bag was tampered with. Didn’t even eat it as i was concerned something was done to my food. 30$ down the drain.
We love love them there food is always hot and delicious it's a great place for wings !!

I went to this establishment to order wings for my family, I made a slight change to my order and the cashier a black girl with red braids had the worst attitude ever! She was rolling her eyes bc we changed our order and I asked her for ketchup while she was on her phone texting. She acted like her text was way more important than a paying customer asking for condiments that I am supposed to get with my meal. And the manager on duty was no better I don’t know why I even expected good service bc most of the wing stops are like this. One thing about customers we may not remember names but we will remember how we are treated!
Wings were old and dry. Fries were cold and limp. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
Went back on 12/12@6:05p.m. my major problem is that no person working in food prep was wearing gloves. The crew sounded like they were at a party. The cashier went from. Ringing up people to sweeping the store. Saw no handwashing
The wait is ridiculously long at this location no matter when you go. They seem extremely disorganized.
