The “general “ manager started yelling and was terribly rude, making a scene and behaving as if it was a bar and she wanted to fight. Carrie was unprofessional and clearly not capable of handling the pie day rush. We won’t be back.

I grabbed a pie with my friend a couple of weeks ago. It was our first time here, and the service was TERRIBLE! The store doesn't close until 10 pm, and we arrived at 9:15pm, placing 2 carryout orders. Immediately, we were met with bad attitudes from everyone in the store. They were obviously very unhappy that we had the audacity to come in and order food after 9 pm. Customer service was a complete 1 out of 10. When we were getting our food to leave, my friend asked the girl who seemed to be the shift leader why they all had attitudes? She rolled her eyes and her neck multiple times and said "well I did make your food." I've spent years in customer service and have been held to a high expectation. That was unacceptable. You don't treat customers badly just because they're getting in the way of your cleaning hour, which really should be done after close anyway. To top everything off, while waiting for our pies to finish cooking, we watched one of the staff members sweep the floor and then sweep the counter with the same broom! I will not come back to this location. The pizza was great, but the service ruined it for me.

Great staff and friendly family service. Our daughter loves playing with the left over pizza dough from her personal pizza. Extremely fast and accurate service. A wide variety of toppings . Highly recommend.

Nice store in North Augusta. Went to find the bumper sticker for the guitar pool. They are usually a sponsor, so I like to patronize their location from time to time. They specialize in making your pizza in front of you to your particular toppings that you like. That's why it's named your pie. They also carry other sandwich items. I have noticed that if you are going to get the bumper stickers for the guitar pool, you have to go at the time the radio station has a ticket stop.

Parking: Parking outside side parking lot. Have street parking in the front as well.
Kid-friendliness: Kids must be on a leash. Is a family place.

I visited this location expecting a knock-off of Mod/Blaze/Pieology chains we have on the west coast but this was so much better! All of the aforementioned places use presses to create a crust that tastes like it came off of an assembly line. The crust at Your Pie is hand-stretched and tasted amazing! The kids meal is a great bargain and we enjoyed the customer service of the employees. The only negative is the nearest location is hundreds of miles from my home!
