Love the food but had a bad experience with ordering for delivery. Ordered my food and waited twice as long for delivery than I was told. I called back to see when the food would arrive only to find out that my order never went through so I had to reorder my food and wait again ( now total of over 2 hrs) and they didn't offer anything for the screw up on their part. I didn't expect a free order but free cookies or delivery price removed maybe? Something. Nope. Nothing.
My wife and I tried Zack’s for the first time earlier this year when leaving the hospital. It was so good that we now drive from Aiken to pick up pizza and take it home. Definitely recommended
