The cashier was very attentive and kind but the kitchen didn't cut the sandwich in half like we asked so we went back around and asked for a knife to do it ourselves. Little things help the road trip along.

First visit to Arby’s. French dip not too shabby, could have left off the cheese for me, but personal taste I guess. Horseradish nice touch. Au jus tasty. Curly fries hot and fresh. Staff super friendly. Clean store.
modly drink fountain rude management poor quality of service. i feel sorry for any employee under this management staff showing and acting entitled and as if their attitudes dont reflect the quality of service they give is appalling. being screamed at for a metric is not the way to motivate the people under you and their bathrooms are beyond gross will not be returning.

Absolutely dreadful chicken was more tendon than anything on the Buffalo chicken slider and I wasn't aware the bunz were covered in all the sauce too(they aren't supposed to) lady was rude at the window aswell as didn't wanna respond via the drive through bc they were "closing up" even though it says they close at 11 and I got my order at 10:20, get a better staff with a better attitude, and willingness to do their job till they clock out, honestly
The people here is what brings me back. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant just had a remodel and looks gorgeous inside and out. The food is always fresh since they make it when you order it.
