Stopped in to try the new Cheesesteak. It was okay for what it's was. I didn't expect anything over the top. It served its purpose of something quick for lunch. I had the combo and added the jalapeño poppers. The cheesesteak was mushy and smaller than I hoped. It did have a good flavor for a fast food spot. The fries were good, and so were the poppers. First time at Arby's in a while, and for less than $20, it was worth it.

Ordered a medium combo with lemonade to drink and got a tiny cup. When I informed the lady I had ordered a medium she replied that's a medium. What am I missing? A medium is a medium regardless of the drink in the cup and this was no medium. J lab ear buds for size reference. Not to mention the combo was over 14 dollars

It's not my cup of tea. My friends love everything about Arby's.
I enjoyed the curly fries and the jamocha shake. The staff was excellent and super friendly and quick.

Great service! We came through the drive-thru. The person who took our order was nice and read back the order. The service was fast and the food was hot! Looking inside, everything was clean and organized.

We ordered the brisket sandwich ....it took us a while as the lady didn't even bother to acknowledge or least smile ..nothing....as her shift was over and was leaving....we had to wait for another staff who was equally unfriendly and disinterested.
No customer service
Even the brisket was sparse in the sandwich...to top it all the soda machine wasn't working!!!!
Now I know why chicfill a is always super full!!!!

One of the sandwiches was cold compared to the others.. all sandstorm that had roast beef were light on meat compared to the Arby's I usually go to. Staff on drive thru was super friendly but lobby was locked at about 630pm...

7:30 and the doors are already locked in. The worker is just sitting in the lobby playing on his phone not even telling people why the door is locked. Just let us sit there and look stupid.

I genuinely did not know it was possible to move this slowly. 3 cars in line and no one has moved in 20 minutes. Took 5 mins to get can get someone in the speaker.
