None of the ice creams have name signs. I mentioned this because the young man serving me did not know what they all were either. He kept asking another girl for help naming them. She told him ( in front of me) that he needed to learn the ice creams. I said “well it’s easier when they actually have names on the front”. She said, “well they get moved around a lot so that’s too much trouble.” It’s a rough world out there kids…and at work, when dealing with customers, sometimes you need to put in an effort. Several of the tubs looked like they had melted and refrozen…looked like rubber on top. Coldstone 2 blocks away… I will go there and pay extra for decent ice cream.

DO NOT GET POLAR PIZZA HERE! If I could give them a zero, I would! We ordered a polar pizza on Wednesday to pick up on Friday. Unfortunately, I sent my son to pick it up and he did not open the box to check it before bringing it home. After dinner, we opened the box to find that the ice cream had obviously melted at some point and had been refrozen and I am pretty sure that the cookie was not actually baked. It literally tasted like raw cookie dough with melted ice cream that had refrozen and they dropped some cookie dough chunks on top and covered it with caramel sauce to try and cover up the fact that it was inedible. $25.00 wasted and probably would have made us all sick.

I’m amazed this place is still open. We were there last night (we try once every few months hoping management changes), and were told we had 3 minutes before they close. Always out of almost everything. Maybe it’s just the evening shift, but the staff has the worst attitudes. Asked for a creature creation, was told they don’t have them. Why are they on the menu??

Terrible experience…they had no supplies for creature creations, I was told it was too late at 3pm to pull out chocolate chip cookie dough, employee had no idea what the flavors were and a lot of flavors weren’t labeled, restaurant was FILTHY, AND our ice cream was freezer burnt ? This was NOTHING like the baskin Robbin’s we’ve been to in the past. We will not be back.

Waffle cones are older than the Ravenel bridge and the ice cream is freezer burnt. I wouldn’t want to eat it again even if it was free.

I ordered scoops of ice cream in cups for my family and I. Upon opening the bag when I got home, I saw that one cup was deliberately placed upside down on its plastic lid. This would have been a huge mess and a waste of money for me if I hadn't been paying attention. It does not take much effort to provide good customer service in the drive thru and while packing my order.
Brought all 4 of our children for a Saturday night ice cream treat (a rarity for us) and the doors were locked even though they were still open. Nothing posted anywhere about the lobby hours and no employee in sight. Called them to find out the lobby closed at 8 despite arriving at 755. Loaded the kids back in the car and went through the drive through where you have to ask them to read off all 31 flavors for a car full of children to try to hear. Asked for a creature creation which was sold out (mind you its just ice cream with just a special topper). Then sat outside of the restaurant on the sidewalk in the cold eating our ice cream. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Sure know how to ruin a party! Ordered a custom cake almost a week in advance. Got the confirmation email and showed up to pick it up the day of our event only to find out that they never made it because they said they were out of Oreos? Super disappointing.

I went inside for ice cream. The flavors were not labeled. I was ignored by the staff for 10 minutes. When someone did offer to help me, they had no idea what flavors they had. Hard pass.

We went to take our toddlers out for a treat and even though it says they’re open, you can only use the drive through. If they’re not open to go inside, it should be listed on the website or on the building somewhere. The flavors aren’t listed on the drive through menu, and the items we ordered were listed on the menu but they said they don’t do them anymore. They took forever to get our order out. Poor customer service. Seems like they just don’t care.

Was excited to discover this location and came in for the first time with my family. Was extremely disappointed to find out that they were out of chocolate ice cream, the only one I eat. I just don't understand how an ice cream place is out of chocolate ice cream. I will continue to drive across town to either Ye Ole Fashioned or Marble Slab as they have NEVER had that issue.
