I wasn't very happy with this place. It seemed like the employees were doing a lot more talking than working but, maybe I went in on an off day or something. It's terrible for anyone who is working for door dash or Uber delivery because they do not communicate with customers when they are out of items. You get stuck with driving all of the way down there for nothing, communicating with the customer yourself, and then you are forced to cancel if you want to keep moving forward and working. It should not fall on you. Thats something that the employees and the place of business should be doing. If you know anything about Uber, having to cancel is a mark against you & can cost you money. Doesn't feel too fair when all you are doing is your job.

11/09 Adam is absolutely amazing! I haven’t been to Baskin-Robbins in ages, but I decided to check it out since you guys have Dubai chocolate. At first, I was told it was all gone, but Adam somehow managed to find the last one and gave it to me!

Watched the employee drop the ice cream scooper on the floor and then just run it under the sink for half a second and put it back. Immediately walked out and won’t be returning to this location.

None of the ice creams have name signs. I mentioned this because the young man serving me did not know what they all were either. He kept asking another girl for help naming them. She told him ( in front of me) that he needed to learn the ice creams. I said “well it’s easier when they actually have names on the front”. She said, “well they get moved around a lot so that’s too much trouble.” It’s a rough world out there kids…and at work, when dealing with customers, sometimes you need to put in an effort. Several of the tubs looked like they had melted and refrozen…looked like rubber on top. Coldstone 2 blocks away… I will go there and pay extra for decent ice cream.

DO NOT GET POLAR PIZZA HERE! If I could give them a zero, I would! We ordered a polar pizza on Wednesday to pick up on Friday. Unfortunately, I sent my son to pick it up and he did not open the box to check it before bringing it home. After dinner, we opened the box to find that the ice cream had obviously melted at some point and had been refrozen and I am pretty sure that the cookie was not actually baked. It literally tasted like raw cookie dough with melted ice cream that had refrozen and they dropped some cookie dough chunks on top and covered it with caramel sauce to try and cover up the fact that it was inedible. $25.00 wasted and probably would have made us all sick.

Always out of almost everything. Maybe it’s just the evening shift, but the staff has the worst attitudes. Asked for a creature creation, was told they don’t have them. Why are they on the menu??

Terrible experience…they had no supplies for creature creations, I was told it was too late at 3pm to pull out chocolate chip cookie dough, employee had no idea what the flavors were and a lot of flavors weren’t labeled, restaurant was FILTHY, AND our ice cream was freezer burnt ? This was NOTHING like the baskin Robbin’s we’ve been to in the past. We will not be back.

Waffle cones are older than the Ravenel bridge and the ice cream is freezer burnt. I wouldn’t want to eat it again even if it was free.
