One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The fries are delicious and so are the milkshakes. We went back-to-back nights for dinner while in Charleston because the food and service was so amazing. Very kind and helpful servers!

Myself and three coworkers attempted to have lunch at big Billy‘s today. We stood and waited for 3 to 7 minutes for the staff to clear tables during that time. Another group of three came in behind us again they were white Caucasian males. This is very important the owner restaurant manager came up and sat the three gentlemen who have been waiting a minute, no more, but he expected us to continue to wait for him us at this point, we decided it was time to go as we did not feel comfortable with the treatment and service that we were receiving. The owner came out the door stating that he was he sent them in a different section at no point where we offered a section and not know the group behind us offered the section. He sat them because they were three connotation males that came in and wanted to be seated for lunch us standing at the counter although he had interacted with us he did not value us as customers never will attempt to eat at this location and suggested you do the same

My family will no longer be eating there. I was with my party of 3, told to wait for tables to be clean. Then a party of 3 , of different gender and race, came in . They waited maybe 1 minute compared to our 5-7 hold. So unfortunate.

We live in the area and decided to try this place a few months ago. We always drive past it in the parking lot on our way to get food from Shuang Xi and decided to give it a go.We were excited to try the burgers here because of all the different options available on the menu. We were highly disappointed because the burgers were completely underseasoned and not juicy at all. I've definitely made better burgers at home, and I feel the extra money we spent on the bells and whistles was a waste. No real sauce or condiments to speak of either to make the burger pop. Just BLAND. My son has food allergies and I made it perfectly clear that no butter was to be used in our order. The bartender was fantastic at listening and very knowledgeable of the menu and made suggestions. However, although he told the kitchen about the allergy, they ignored the request. The cook was wearing a set of headphones on his head, so maybe that had something to do with his lack of focus. So after sitting there at the bar waiting for our food for 25 minutes, we had to wait an additional 10 or 12 because the order was wrong. I always make sure before leaving and they realized they made a mistake. They graciously remade the burger and fries for my son and were apologetic. I tipped the bartender even though he didn't serve me, and it was because he was so personable, friendly and cared to be as helpful as he could. But the food was very disappointing. No flavor. For the money they charge for using wild game, we expected way better! Nothing to write home about and I doubt we will be returning.

Fantastic find! Great burgers ? and fries to die for! Excellent service. Southern fried burger with fried green tomatoe and pimento cheese on it YUMMM. Mac and cheese burger. Fried mac and cheese cake on the burger. You have to go!Kid-friendliness: Lots of things for the kids to look at. Friendly service.
