I visited Biggby a few times before, but was propelled to visit more often after Starbucks tried to bust its employees’ union and openly supported a genocidal regime. Now that I go here maybe 3 times a week, I thought to myself “hmmm” I’ve never had a bad experience here, the prices are fair and the coffee is good. Thank you Biggby! ?

Clean and very friendly atmosphere. I'll go there over Starbucks. Since Covid staff has been very limited and they've been closing early so if you want coffee in the evening you won't get it from here. I would otherwise give them 5 stars.

This place might as well be Auschwitz with the digusting stuff they're peddling. Tell me why when i ordered a caramel cold foam iced coffee, somehow that got lost in translation and they must have thought I ordered the Let me dunk my "I just worked a 16 hour shift in the blistering south carolina heat" balls sweet cold foam iced coffee. Im here to reassure you, the paying customer, I have never consumed coffee with balls dunked in it, but if I were to presume what it would taste like, it would be the coffee I ordered. I'd rather do 25 to life in Atlanta State penitentiary than have to drink coffee from here again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.Kid-friendliness: They hate children just the vibe i got no reason

I stopped in today to try Biggby out. I am a huge fan of Lodi, but always willing to give someone else a try. I had the caramel cold foam brew. It was not nearly as sweet as a Lodi coffee, but the caramel was a Starbucks-style drizzle on top of the cold foam (which was very dense), rather than being a deep flavor in the coffee or cold foam itself like at Lodi. I enjoyed my coffee, it wasn't bitter or sickly sweet, a good middle ground for sure. Folks at the location were friendly and it was nice that they had a dine-in option, unlike Lodi which is drive-thru only. The inside feels like an independent coffee shop, despite it being a bit of a chain. The parking lot and drive-thru were legit confusing and the location in general is weird. The menu is also rather limited... a few sandwiches, a few baked goods, and a few coffee choices. Prices were decent, inline with other high end and premium coffee shops. I will definitely be happy to stop in at Biggby again, but considering that it is a good bit farther away than Lodi (for me), and has a more-limited menu, I likely won't be stopping in there just less I happen to be on Dorchester Road. I order my normal coffee every morning before I head to work to mount pleasant sometime the service is very poorly especially the young black American young girl who is nasty just because my apple pay was keep blocking some reason I told her my apple pay was not blocked so she said well just take it and when I trying to tell her I was going to go head use my capital one credit card she closed the window walk away .I been going to your store for 6 years now and your employees need more training on how to service customers.i just going go head go Starbucks from now on ..

We were a group of bachelorette girls and they were so nice and accommodating here! We went 3 mornings in a row. They're breakfast bagels were delish and the coffee is SO GOOD! The cold brew is so smooth. Love it here, sad to go home and not have one nearby.
