This was definitely the worst experience I have had with bojangles. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, but it wasn't because they were busy...it was because they were taking a minimum of 5 plus minutes per order. I dont know if bojangles has timers at the drive through, but someone needs to check on and make some changes, ASAP. But maybe, because of location(lower income area), they just dont care...bojangles that is, because the employees dont care about a thing. They were as relaxed as people watching a movie. Wow...terrible experience...terrible store!!!!

This is the worse Bojangles ever. The food is constantly lacking, they skim you are what you order. Family sides are NEVER filled to what they should be, most often they don’t even hit half way makes, they never send the right family side, the chicken is poor tasting like sour and have a burned dried over cooked taste to it. Never mind the fact that I ordered delivery for the second time and ya, the only thing they did not disappoint on, was the sweet tea and that’s probably because they don’t package it there. You try to deal with them, and their employees and management become extremely crude and dismissive. Why not. They act the same way when filling your order. They truly think they are paying you to eat. Night shift is the absolute worse. And I Emma’s that from the very fiber of my being.

I thoughtlast time was bad, but wow Its a shame that you cannot give zero stars. We ordered got to windows. Gave us part of food. We ordered ham combo with bo rounds and large. He ordered the ham combo also large. We also ordered 6 bo berries. They gave us part of order and asked us to pull forward for bo berry. No offer of drinks. I said can we please get our drinks. Oh did u have drinks. Uhhh yeah. Gave drinks and I said when did large get so small. Oh that's not large. I said we ordered large. Lady looks at us in disgust. Finally got drinks. 15 mins later still no bo berries. Hubby goes in and gets told Oh that's a 10 minute wait. Refund wanted. No receipt given back so we can't even contact corporate about how horrible.
;arely acknowledged at speaker. Told 4 mins for boberries. Thought meant they would be hot. Got to windows and told no ham ans acted Madwhen he had to cancel that part order. Only gave us part of order. Watched as he struggled to make rest of order. Got boberries. Cold and hard. Entire order cold. Waste

We did drive thru which was slower than expected. Was told no white meat available sub with dark meat. At least they had chicken.

Bought a 5 piece chicken tender meal and they gave me 4 whole tenders and one sorry tender. Didn’t realize it till I was almost home after eating the biscuit and fries. I’ve definitely been skimped before from this Bojangles in terms of size of tenders. I rarely eat fast food so I was just surprised on the odds of this happening. Something tells me this happens on the regular.
