It would be nice if they advertise only chicken tenders and fries after a certain time because go let people order them get to the window and tell them all of their order has to be canceled is crazy. They only offer two menu items : chicken tenders and fries the entire 2 hours before close.

I have gone there several times and the service is sketchy. Today we went there at 12:30 they only had 1 leg and 2 thighs. He told us it would be 30 minutes for our wings. We didn't order wings. That's our last time there.

… I’ve literally never ordered anything else from Bojangles lol. argued with my boyfriend for like 5 minutes before he drove off without getting anything.
Hand down worse Bojangles on the planet. Lazy staff that doesn’t want to cook and they’re constantly running out of everything. Been told multiple times they’re out of chicken. How does a chicken place run out of chicken?! If it had been one time I’d understand but it’s multiple times. They need to close and become a chick-fil-a

Went through drive thru on my way home to my. Pleasant. Ordered 8 pieces of chicken and biscuits only for my family’s dinner. Got home anfpd there were no bisquits! It’s not like they were crowded and too busy. I was the only car in the lot. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in old oil, too. Almost $22 for 8 pieces of chicken, no bisquits. Unbelievable!
