Had reservations at 6:30 on Friday night. with Jeff Dunham opening across the street that night, they were PACKED. Got our table at about 6:35. Our waitress, Katie, said it MAY be a little slow until the coliseum crowd cleared out. It wasn't. Service was awesome, food was hot and delicious! Will return again!
We had a 5 p.m. reservation and were not seating until almost 6 p.m. It took forever to get a server to acknowledge us and once he did it took just as long to get our water (and longer still to get the drink I ordered). Once our food was ordered, we sat for what seemed like a very, very long time to be served. The food was good. Our waiter was very rude when he finally took our payment despite us leaving a 25% tip. Not our best experience at Bonefish.
The menu is always superb @ these pairings. Great job pairing the wine. Waitresses attentive.
The server was good, but our food didn't come for almost an hour after we ordered. We were going to a show and had to eat very fast to make it. We would have had plenty of time had the food not taken so long to come out. Also the food was warm at best. We won't go here again if we have a time limit.
Food was good, service was excellent. Very noisy as we were seated in the bar area near the kitchen.
We ordered the special for 2. All the seafood was good but the sides were not our favorites. The Mac n cheese needs more flavor & cheese. The potatoes au gratin was swimming in so much cheese. We actually transferred some of the chews to the Mac. Service was very good though. I love this place but the sides need some work. Even the lump crab soup looked like they threw a few pieces of crab on top & called it a day. I know they can do better.
Our meal was delicious and plentiful. Our server, Joe, is very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We always enjoy dinner at Bonefish Grill - North Charleston.
My husband and I were freezing in the back of the restaurant, but our server understood and moved us on the wall behind the bar. We were much more comfortable. The food was delicious—I ordered salmon and my husband, rainbow trout. Both were expertly cooked and served attractively. We would gladly go to Bonefish Grill again but take warmer sweaters!
One of our favorite dining locations in Charleston! Great shrinp & scallop dishes! Excellent food & service.
It was our anniversary, and no one acknowledged it. Yes, it was on the reservation. The air conditioning was at the freezing level, which made the experience very uncomfortable. In conclusion, we have a choice where dining out, and this bone fish is off the list.

Always a great meal at Bonefish! Love the special tonight...bang-bang shrimp! Love the house salad always, hearts of palm and sunflower seeds. I was a little uneasy to have the swordfish, thought it may be fishy. It was a wonderful white-meat steak.
Our dinner entrees were nice, well prepared. The service experience was bad. Missed orders, wrong drinks served, etc. Delivery of our order was made by indifferent staff who were annoyed by our direction for who was to receive what dishes.
We all enjoyed or meal at Bonefish. The food was fresh and well prepared. The service was friendly add inviting.
Lobster and lobster ravioli was horrible, dry and no flavor
