Buffalo Wild Wings

I generally don’t leave bad reviews but here we go. I was at Buffalo Wild Wings at Centre point dr or Tanger outlet and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I got there at 5:00pm and it took the server 20mins to bring water and a Diet Pepsi for my gf. After sitting around for 10-20mins we finally put our order in and it took an hr plus just to get some chicken tenders, fries, wedges and hot wings. Throughout the process of watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington commanders game that ended at 8pm I witnessed 5 tables with multiple people get up and leave. Not only was the server not attentive but your hostess is sitting people with her phone in her hand. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with management to subordinates but it needs to be corrected. I don’t know what management is so busy doing in the back but they should probably stop what they’re doing and check in with customers because this Saturday evening service was horrible.

Went in, restaurant was at about 25% capacity. Host seated us almost immediately. We sat at the table for 15 minutes, server never came. We left.

Sat for 30 minutes and wasn’t even greeted by any of the staff. Multiple tables were sat after us and placed their orders for drinks and food. Employees kept looking at our table yet still ignored us. Wasn’t even busy so there should be no excuses!

Do not come here. The food was cold. The staff was cold. It was just cold. Overall fridgid place.

We came here on two different day. On the first occasion the wait would have been 40 minutes adn the aircondition did not work at all. So we left.

Then a few days later we returned and the AC worked and we did not have to wait that long. Therer were still a ton of people but the service was fast and accurate.

I am giiving lower grades primarily for the first visit.

The wings were pretty cold once they were brought to our table. It seemed as if they were sitting out for a while before they brought it to our table. The waitress was really nice though.

I want to bring attention to a disappointing experience I had recently. One of your bartenders a red-headed woman with a septum ring was extremely rude and unprofessional. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, that’s understandable, but taking it out on customers isn’t acceptable. Her attitude completely ruined the experience, and because of that, you’ve lost a regular customer. I truly hope you reconsider who represents your establishment, because that interaction was enough to keep me from coming back.

Food was delicious! Took a long time to come out, service was unfortunately slow and spotty. She was nice but had no sense of service. Will go back but hope the service is better next time.

Laura made it all worth while! The service was top notch, and I'm a server so I have ridiculous standards.. lbs, she made the chain stand apart! Thanks for the service to our group of 7, shoulda tipped more!

The bar lady was helpful, the food was way to salty, actually inedible and missing the slaw. The waitress that delivered the food just walked away when I was enquiring about the missing salad and never returned. Iwould not recommend this restaurant.

Our server was very polite and professional, the food was good too. I ordered DR Pepper and the all American combo. I tried the Jerk chicken (VERY spicy) and strawberry lemonade from a friend. The strawberry lemonade is NOT a refillable drink.

B-dubs? More like be gone. Waiting ridiculous time just for the appetizer to arrive with the meal. Wouldn't ever go back even if I wanted to drink.

Our waitress was horrible she kept comin to the table asking what we had then forgot one of our sides and didn't get them until done with the entree...refills didn't happen until we was ready to walk out the door....she was seen just talking to a male coworker just talkin away n not paying attention to her job.....horrible! I'm trynna keep an open mind an not go on a Sunday again n try em out so we shall see

We stopped by Buffalo Wild Wings hoping for a good meal. The wings were okay, but the fries were extremely hard and tasted old, I didn’t even touch them after the first bite.

There was also a point where we couldn’t find our server for quite some time. Eventually, her coworker had to go looking for her, which made the service feel a bit disorganized.

Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely fell short of what we expected.
