Please don't get me started with them they wings was very hard and dry didn't have enough sauce on it at I had to get my money back from them Horrible!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎

Have gone here consistently with experiences ranging from ok to good. This experience terrible or N/A in this case. We were sat at a table, waited 20 minutes as servers walked by, maybe 10 other tables total had people though we were never served. We could see servers helping other tables, and when not, lounging in the back. Unfortunately we ended up leaving. Front desk stated there were plenty of servers with no overload of tables so we’re surprised nobody ever came to us.

Waited 25 minutes for a server when the restaurant was not busy. No water or any service given once we were seated by the hostess.

We have dined at this location several times with no issues. However, on our visit for lunch on October 10th, we experienced an extremely unprofessional situation. My wife and I both ordered 10-piece lunch combos choosing honey bbq as the flavor for our wings. Once we received our food, we both took bites and got our mouths instantly lit up. So did everyone at our table who had gotten side cups of honey bbq sauce. We were informed by our server that they had accidentally given us mango habanero instead of honey bbq. We are understanding folks, so no problem. We just asked it be corrected. We waited several minutes, and then received our second trays of food. Second rounds of bites, second times having our mouths set on fire. Same exact sauce. We both cannot stand spicy food and have sensitivity to spice at that level. The manager came over and apologized, letting us know that the staff were training new cooks the previous night and that they had accidentally filled the honey bbq pumps with mango habanero. This wasn’t simply a mistake from our server/kitchen staff. This highlights a gap in professionalism when it comes to training staff and the lack of oversight when training new team members. When asking about having these items removed from our bill, we got a service credit of $8. This will be our last time dining at Buffalo Wild Wings on Dorchester.

The wings were WAY overcooked and extremely dry, they were so dry and overcooked that they were crunchy. They were the worst Wings I've ever had

I mean it was okay service was eh and my order was wrong i never got my 4th side for my sampler, because I asked if i could get fries and she said she would check! But I never once got any response and honestly I didn't bother! Got it and was greesy, cheese curds were fire, onions were ehh and greasy(Almost enough to cook another batch was on that tray) and the wings i asked for the add on to be traditional and went over it and everything and got them boneless and was like just not good crunchy and cold! Best things were the dr.pepper and my cheese curds! Other than that! Do better and Ill come again!

Service was so incredibly slow, we got our food but no silverware so we asked for some. Our server kept walking past us but still didn’t give us silverware. We wanted to eat before our food got cold so we started eating with our fingers but bam food was served cold 😭 we were gonna get more wings/dessert but didn’t even bother
