Worst Buffalo i've been too nothing but teens that don't care and managers that need to be fire. This is crazy how there still going. The employee told me how there tips are taken from there check so they don't even get tips that's crazy. And I saw one girl have to take her jacket off cause they don't want her in it and watch her freeze the night away. Finally I saw the manager come out to complain to the employee doing her job yet three other girls were just sitting there on their phones but never once said anything to them clearly playing favorite

My food was rushed. Burger wasn’t cooked. When I took a bite it smelled and tasted funny. Fries taste like old oil. Jaylene the server was great. Food trash

Ordered from the app and was shorted 5 wings in each 20 wing meal. Spent close to 100.00. Called up and was refunded for one meal. Still the quality of food was bad. Could of made frozen Tysons wings for at least half. Last time going there. Do not recommend.

We got sick from the food with vomiting and diarrhea. Waitress served us and literally came to give us the check that's it.

Waited nearly 10 minutes to be greeted. The wings were tough as shoe leather and the sauce tasted like someone was trying to kill me with a salt overdose. After the football games ended they rewarded us with a dose of 60 minutes at a volume that would put a 747 to shame. After seating a party with rowdy children directly behind us they left us enjoy the mayhem for a good 15 minuets while waiting for the bill which - wait for it - was incorrect. TOUCHDOWN!

This company is totally focused on a family setting. You can’t have a sports bar and focus on family.

I arrived 15 minutes after the second set of games had started and none of the games were on any tv’s. I ask the waitress to get my game on. 10 minutes later, the manager is out front with the controller, trying to figure it out. He gets it on the smallest tv near me.

I go talk to the manager and he says “I put it on, what are you crying about?” I replied, “I am crying because you are clueless”

I love the wings, but can’t return, because the place has the worst service and don’t know they do.

0 stars; ordered 30 minutes prior to arrival and still waited 20 more before i just asked for a refund. then my food magically appeared- naw im good. dont waste your time, its still too new.

Both times I have been here were about the same. First time I went took almost an hour to get our drinks our food took forever when it got to us it was cold and I asked for ranch 4 different times to 2 people. I didn’t receive it till 30 mins after we received our food and no one came to refill or ask if we needed anymore drinks… It was super busy that night (bike night) so I figured it was because of that and would give it another shot. The second time I came in we sat there for almost 20 min. Before a server came to our table (the server was super nice and sweet), we ordered our food which again took forever to receive there was mustard all over the side of the burger that was ordered and again my food was cold… I dont complain because these people handle my food so we ate it and went on out way, it is what it is and probably wont be going back for a 3rd try..

I'm not one to complain, I assure you. We just left this location on a slow Wednesday night, ordered 15-wings/flats - 30mins later they come out like Sugarhill Gang "chicken tastes like wood" chicken so insane dry the meat fell off the flats in one cold clump. I sent them back. The second time, the wings come out the same way, just way more sauce (and cold). At this point, I find the manager and ask him to come to the table, says he'll "personally oversee" the next batch of wings (he offers me the second attempt to keep and take home - they're so repulsive/cold that I sent them back with him). Third attempt and this time packaged to-go... SAME condition, dry AF, cold temp, and swimming in sauce... Bro, I'm done. What has happened to Buffalo wild wings?? This is relatively new location, and I'm a pretty easygoing guy, but the food was absolutely reprehensible - if I could give this shixx negative stars I would. Manager took care of the wings, but that's not enough... completely wasted my time. Absolutely horrible wings, if this is where they hang their name - that's a damn shame.
