Great service not too busy at all. I guess because Chick fil a was taking all the customers

This location is disgusting! The floors, tables, trays, soda machine and service table were dirty and extremely greasy. The food was okay. The employees were nice.

Waited over twenty min for food, not only that but slow service. Employees listening to music with headphones on and gossiping instead of working and, there were other people that asked for their money back while I was there. And last but not least while I was getting my refund they wanted to give me burnt mozzarella sticks! I would give a zero but you have to have a star to post a review.

This by no way reflects the customer service. The cashier lady was very awesome. The problem is Burger King not the employees. They dont have resources. There were only two people working. One cashier and one cook. The drink machine was completely empty of all drinks. Had to request drink from server station. Order came out incorrect but she was quick to fix it. The fryers and kitchen have never been cleaned but if there are only two workers I dont see how they'd have time unless they shut down. Counters were sticky and doors were very filthy. When I got home I opened our food to find out that the new impossible whopper vegan burger I ordered for my wife was in fact meet. It looks nothing like the other vegan burgers and has the little cooked blood spots that rise to the surface when cooking meat. So sad to say she only had fries tonight from Burger King. Gonna be making a pb&j because she's going to get mighty hungry.

waited at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. The manage on duty said he was the only one there. Mind you I'm the only person there, I ordered a whopper jr with no tomatoes and pickles (had more requests but due to him being short staffed I didn't want to make it too difficult for him).

The new management is everything .Food hot and cooked just right. The mozarrella sticks are off the chain.If you've had a bad experience prior to , give the Tanger location another chance.

Went here on July 14,Took over 25 minutes to get two sandwhiches, they didn't have any napkins,straws or anything else, the soda tasted like pure water, the tables and floors were absolutely nasty,there were only two employees there working besides a man who I assume was the manager! He was very rude, loud and talked down to the young man and the young lady that was working there! Now I understand why there is so many Burger Kings closing down! If DHEC would have walked in they would have shut that restaurant down! Where is corporate at times like this?

This Burger King had bo bread for the French toast sandwich I wanted, they had to put ice in my cups from behind the counter, no coke in the fountain machine, no sugar to make sweet tea, and the other ppl eating here got cold coffee, cold pies and something about forks. SMH... at this Burger King you don't get it your way.

STUPID workers. Barely knew how to operate the register. If I sent a picture of the food, you’d vomit. I can’t believe people that d*** are even allowed jobs. Get it together or close down your restaurant. Clowns.

Haha... Wish I can give them a negative star. Some mornings this place has the doors locked. The freestyle Coke machine in the lobby is STILL DOWN for fine in customers. Didn't matter because most flavors never gets restocked. If you add cheese watch your receipt for a double charge. I only noticed because I got no cheese on my burger. Whoppers are NEVER hot... Just shut down like the Summerville location. Reopen as a Smash Burger or Popeye's Chicken.

Honestly would give this place zero stars if i could. This place is a joke. Never opens on time. Can't get a single order correct. Sitting here waiting for my food & the three people before me all got incorrect meals. Save your time and don't go here. ever.

Waited half an hour to make it halfway to the register with 6 people in front of me. They had no change, their soda machine didn't work, and never even got to order. the kitchen looked disgusting, dhec needs to shut this place down. And to the owner, your store is the worst BK I have ever visited

No service at the drive thru...waited and waited and even said hello and still no service...went ahead and called out my order and waited and waited and still no service...worst burger king ever

It's ok but workers needs to be faster on customer service lines too line need more than one cahier working front counter.
