There was no one in line when I went so my food came out quickly. However, you have to use a kiosk to order which then charges you a fee for using a credit card plus the kiosk asks you for a tip… no one even took my order so of course I would not tip.
Yes, captive audience at the airport. Prices are quite high.
Server taking the order was polite. Supervisor never spoke to us when she was assisting the cashier with vouchers. Then, I watched our burgers on the waiting spot for over 5 minutes while the supervisor and another employee were laughing and gossiping. Food was what is expected for Burger King.

Do not waste your time here. Move on to something else or starve. It's not worth it and you'll actually be better off for it.
I stopped to get a drink, you would have thought I was asking for a space ship. They don't take cash.. (for some reason). Then the kiosk wasn't working and getting someone to the register took 15 minutes and then she didn't wanna sell me just a drink. This place needs a serious management tune up or overhaul. Won't be going back again and seriously doubt current management has the wherewithal to contact me and make it right.. balls in your court Burger King....

Okay get this... a Burger King that runs out of burgers. Well that's what this flagship of culinary nobility was like Disneyland without the mouse, like Paris without French, like China without Chinese. Well seems crazy but that's what it was. They ran out of frozen hockey pucks of possible beef.

Flew out of the airport and went to several unorganized uniformed restaurants and ended up at Burger King. What an awesome group of employees who were working hard to get everyone’s order out as soon as they can. They should be recognized for great service and hospitality

Just before a flight I ordered an Impossible Burger and Onion Rings. The entire burger was already totally cold as I received it and not good in taste. The rings were lukewarm only. I would try the pizza place at the B gates before ordering here again.

A wonderful trip to charleston ended with an awful experience at this restaurant. Terrible customer service, all 4 girls behind the counter ignored me when i asked the status of my order after waiting for an absurd amount of time. All four then gave me attitude and blamed me for the order taking so long.

Been to one Burger King you’ve been to them all. Big difference at this Charleston Airport location is there is nowhere to sit.At normal locations, you have the option of the drive-through or sitting in the dining room area.This location is basically grab and go. They’ve taken away the front counter, so you deal with a computer to order and then a person brings the food out to you. Did you go find a place in the airport and eat on your lap?

Avoid at all cost! One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Walked up with three employees doing absolutely nothing, but not a single one cared to even speak. Finally after 30 seconds of me standing in disbelief one lady said oh you have a customer. The young lady that obviously doesn't care looked at the other employee like oh ok whatever, and took her sweet time turning around and the words out her mouth were just as ugly as her attitude. Apparently her phone and gossip is more important as even asking for a receipt was such a task for her. Shameful, sad, and embarrassing.

The key to good customer service service is LISTENING!!!!! I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese w/ an extra patty, and they gave it to me without the cheese even after I confirmed the order twice. Not a good look and it's not the first time they messed up my order. One

If you're lucky you'll show on a day when an employee has competence; mostly they are aimless and slow. The lines are crazy. I am an airport employee and today they had no cashier. Only the kiosk for ordering. I asked if there was a way to get the employee discount on the kiosk. He said no and walked away. Where is the manager on duty and why was he/she not contacted? Guess profits are not important. 3 times today I tried spending my money and no one wanted it. Your loss.
