Everything was incredibly delicious and clean. Everyone was very friendly. It was our first time experiencing this concept, and they helped us with everything.

Came here on a busy night and the wait wasn’t bad at all! We were told upon entering there was a short wait a few tables where being cleaned for us right now! Not even 5 mins go by and we are being sat by the host. When they say there’s not a long wait they mean it. Other places will lie to you and have you waiting for 45 mins or more. Food and service was a 10/10 definitely will be returning. Really good.

Our server’s name was Morgan. We had dinner there last night and I HAD to leave a review. The restaurant was extremely busy and even though Morgan seemed very busy she was still very attentive making sure our hot pot stayed filled and that our paper for our BBQ was changed out for us. She made sure everything stayed fresh and nothing tasted burnt. The food was amazing and she gave great recommendations. We will definitely be back and ask for her as our server.

I was visiting family and they suggested coming here last night March 8th. Not only did I really enjoy the food but our server Morgan was next level! I have worked in the service industry and I could tell she had a lot of tables at once but still made sure that we were taken care of and happy. I will be sure to come back next time I’m in town just for her since she made our experience so amazing!

.Finally found real heat in Charleston! Warning !! Their spicy hotpot broth lived up to the name. Thank god for the free ice cream it was the perfect way to cool our mouth down after all that spice.

A perfect dining experience. As a customer, I would like to give a small suggestion to the restaurant owner. In the google map picture, the price displayed is the weekend price, and the price I spent today is lower than this. I hope that prices can be displayed for all time periods, otherwise some price-sensitive customers who don’t know will retreat.

I am Chinese and after coming to Charleston, I found it difficult to eat authentic Asian food. Today I came to the right place. Everything was great and I will come again!

Post-movie hunger solved! Open till 10 pm saved us. The tomato broth was so delicious! They had a great sauce bar and all your classic kbbq side dishes. The service here was great, our server was very friendly and super helpful with all our request and questions! The manager was very nice as well. The perfect ending to our night!

This is a nice restaurant. It’s very cultural so if you want something different this is the place. You can grill or boil the food at the table. It’s a big selection of meats, seafood and also veggies. I actually loved it.

Korean BBQ newbie here, Server leo patiently explained every step. We had a wonderful time! They had a wide variety of meats and seafood, a bunch of different noodles to choose from and the perfect hot pot veggie spread. I can’t wait for our next visit !
Staff here is beyond patient and friendly. Our server was super attentive and made our whole experience worth coming back! The food alone already sealed the deal but you can’t beat the customer service here.
Never thought veggie KBBQ could wow me! They have a bung of vegetarian options I was worried but burnin 99 had me more than satisfied. The staff double-checked grill cleanliness for cross-contamination - true professionalism.
The flavor of the meats and seafood were good. In my opinion, it was not thinly sliced as other Korean bbq spots. The variety of vegetables were acking and they were cut large. I found myself cutting the raw vegetables thinner before cooking them. They were out of onions, oddly had no broccoli, and there were the bottoms of bell peppers on the bar. The server was kind and explained everything very well, but wasn't too attentive. I had to get up and go to her to ask for things. The setup was very nice and clean.
