20 years open and as soon as you walk in you understand why. I discovered this gem back in college and to this day love everything they serve. Mama's got the best energy and treats everyone like a close family member.

My boyfriend and I are from Texas and stopped in for some breakfast randomly. We got served with more than just great service. The food that Mama Lizzie serves is food for your soul. You get served with love and a smile. Not to mention the best shrimp and grits and lima beans ever. We will be back to Charleston specifically for her ❤
