I’ve attempted to eat at this establishment twice. Two weeks ago around 6pm, I ordered fried flounder only to be told it was still frozen. Today, 02/25 @6:15pm, I ordered the southern fried white fish just to be told they don’t have batter for the fish. I can’t make this stuff up. Never again.

went for lunch. got one of the specials. shrimp fish & fries, extra 5 piece shrimp, extra piece of fish. took forever to make it, then I told them I was eating there. they boxed it up and bagged it as if it were to go. they never gave me a drink, the person said he didn't hear me say a drink, but repeated my order. then I get to the table in the dining room, no extra piece of fish, the shrimp looked and tasted as it were overcooked for quite some time. I'll not go back there again.

I went to Store #3689. I ordered a flounder, fish and fries and did not receive the fries ordered. The food was undercooked. They did not have any hush puppies and I was offered bread, which I declined. I asked for a fork, they only had spoons. I called back, Ms. Johnson answered the phone and confirmed they did in fact have fries but there was no reason or apology for the missed item. I was told to come back to the store for the fries. I let her know I was unable to as I was commuting to my next destination. She said okay, and hung up.

Made a quick stop to get food, not expecting much. But wow was I wrong! Incredibly sweet woman working the register, and a great manager. Best salmon I’ve had in a long time, as well as the sweet tea. Thank you!!

went thru drive thru and order chicken tenders the line was long and not moving after 23 mins send my cousin in the inside they said its even longer so I left .. now lets talk about how I ran they store for months and never was offered more money , paid time off or gift card for keeping there store running everyday it wasn't perfect each day but I did it the AD is full of bs when I asked her for more money she said no cause I have to be a GM( I DIDNT HAVE TO BE A GM TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE STORE , OR DO INTERVIEWS AND HIRE AND ETC ABOVE MY PAY LEVEL) & ON THE APPLICATION IT SAID 20$ SHE TOLD ME NO IN THE INTERVIEW THEN DELETED IT OFF THE WEBSITE ( FALSE ADVERTISINIG . So basically she was saying f my work and time i spend in that store . she raised every one else pay and MADE SURE SHE DIDNT OFFER ME NOTHING not even 50 cents. In my years of fast food I have never came cross a CARELESS AND SELFISH AD NOW I SEE WHY SHE CANT KEEP MANGERS OR GM ....
