PC Caribbean Delight is an incredible restaurant with top tier food. The jerk chicken is on another level, hands down some of the best chicken ever, with unreal flavor, and is not too hot. The oxtail meal is also excellent and good, with delicious oxtails that do not disappoint. The curry goat is delicious and the boom, while the Curry Chicken is cooked just right. The sides are just as amazing and phenomenal. The macaroni and cheese is excellent, the plantains are perfectly cooked, the rice and peas are delicious and phenomenal, and the stewed cabbage and fry cabbage are a delicious, herby blend. The steamed vegetables are also delicious. Meals are packed with mad food and flavor. The food always comes fresh, hot, and perfect for delivery, with no missing items. Some notes mention that the restaurant can be very hot inside and that portion sizes for different meal sizes can sometimes feel mixed up. An extra sauce option for delivery would be awesome. Overall, this is easily one of the favorite spots ever, and customers will definitely be back.
