Beware. I went there for years, but the food kept getting worse and worse.
Then, the last time I went there (the VERY last time, for sure), there were some thugs hanging out at the picnic tables with pit bulls.
As I drove up to order, one of them approached my car. He wanted me to trade him coupons for cash. I told him I wasn't interested, and placed my order.
He then stalked me to the window, and told me that he was going to shoot me.
So yeah, this is the Dorchester Road Checkers Experience.

This is the worst checkers I’ve ever been to. I don’t think I’ve ever received my full order or the right food before and they always give me a hard time when asking for the correct food. It’s been like this for years and I’m not sure why it’s still open. How has the owner of this place let it get this bad

I was at this location a week ago it was only the manager working she was doing her best then the food was good but what company has just a manger only working I waited 10 min to get my order but that was great time for one person I just seen the young lady and she told me she left because of disrespect towards her by the Gm y’all needs to give her a raise instead of being disrespectful because personally I would have quit that same night this company need to be shut down

Had not been to s Checkers in years, we were excited to see one here. The servers were rude, but it was late so I can understand. Had to go to the window and they only take online orders, ok, it's 2025... I understand i guess. Looked in ghe window and the place was pretty filthy, fries all over the place, counters pretty gross. I thought, maybe they had a rush at 2am. But when i got to the hotel and ate 1/2 my meal and then find a long curly black hair in my food was the deal breaker. I do not have curly or black hair and that's just nasty!
