This place is ridiculous!!! Placed an order and waiting for over an hour for my food. NO ONE bothered to help. Says open til 430am but DO NOT ORDER past midnight. Smh. Very frustrating and highly disappointing.

Over an hour wait (2 cars in front of drive thru). Then asked to pull around to the other side and waited 20 more minutes. And the food was cold and the shakes were warm. 7 people working inside. Terrible food. Will never return.

This is not fast food! Waited over an hour for food that was cold and tasteless. We had cold burgers, cold fries and warm chocolate shakes.
Big fan of Amanda, always so friendly and smiley. I come here for just a massive fry and they never fail to make them perfect, quickly and I honestly never wait longer than a minute or two!

Last time going which was the first time in many years. They are using AI to take the order, people working are not getting the order correct (I mean EVERYTHING minus the fries) was wrong, and Doordash takes preference over anyone that is physically there and awaiting food. They will ask for you AFTER taking your money to drive back around their parking lot and go into the other lane so you will have to wait for their doordash drivers ( 5 in my situation) to get their food first. Called Corporate 3 times to explain how bad this situation was only to get that they will call you within 24 - 48 hours. They do not care as there was no return call. Those windows have closed and so will this location unfortunately for them.

Had amazing service last night/ this morning 2/6/24 around 2:30am. So incredibly helpful. I’m from out of town and my friend is disabled. We were in the wrong line and the staff totally helped us out, were super kind and hooked it up. I wish I knew everyone’s name’s so I could post them. Food was also fantastic!!!!!!
I’ve only eaten at two Checker’s and I’ve posted about both. 👍👍👍👍 to Checker’s for hiring great people and to all of the employees……thank you for being amazing!!!!!
