these People Never Give the same exact order like people have kids depending on you guys ! You Never Put ehat we order we have to pay and Pray that the order is right and this has been Consistent And ongoing Everytime we order something its never right no matter the time no matter the day ! I was at this location a week ago it was only the manager working she was doing her best then the food was good but what company has just a manger only working I waited 10 min to get my order but that was great time for one person I just seen the young lady and she told me she left because of disrespect towards her by the Gm y’all needs to give her a raise instead of being disrespectful because personally I would have quit that same night this company need to be shut down

Had not been to s Checkers in years, we were excited to see one here. The servers were rude, but it was late so I can understand. Had to go to the window and they only take online orders, ok, it's 2025... I understand i guess. Looked in ghe window and the place was pretty filthy, fries all over the place, counters pretty gross. I thought, maybe they had a rush at 2am. But when i got to the hotel and ate 1/2 my meal and then find a long curly black hair in my food was the deal breaker. I do not have curly or black hair and that's just nasty!

Not as good as the one on Ashley Phosphate Rd. Understandably. the one on Ashley Phosphate is new, thus clean looking inside and out, but this one on Dorchester Rd needs some attention inside and out.

Real rough part of town. Try to stay away if you can. Even the Checkers restaurant exterior looks like its on its last leg. The feed still tasted fine.

Disappointing Experience at Checkers Around 12:40 PM

I had a frustrating experience today at the Checkers location around 12:40 PM. I attempted to place my order at the speaker, but the associate’s computer started malfunctioning. This caused a significant delay, with the line backing up . I eventually pulled up to the window, only to find that my order hadn’t gone through due to the technical issue.

It took about 15–20 minutes just to get my order entered into the system. A manager or assistant manager had to come over and restart the computer. I repeated my order — a Chicken Bite Box with loaded fries and a large Hi-C. My total came out to be $7.02. After finally confirming the order, I was told to drive to the other side of the window to pick up my food.

While in the process to received my order. The associates discombobulated my order, I repeated my order once again. Due to agitation I left with only the Chicken Bite Box and the waters down high Hi-C.

By the time I got home (which is close
to the restaurant), the food was already cold. The Orange Hi-C was watered down, and my bag didn’t include any napkins or a straw.

Overall, the service was disorganized, and the incorrect order and cold food made for a very disappointing experience. I hope management addresses these issues, especially around communication and quality control.
