After spending time in Charleston, we were headed to the airport to come home. We hadn't had lunch and knew that options at the airport would be overpriced and limited. Chick-fil-A is our favorite "fast-food" so I pulled up the app and looked for the closest location and this one was practically right on our way. We love ordering with the app either at the table or for mobile drive thru. So easy! Chick-fil-A, in general really puts thought, effort and $$$ into doing what they can to improve the customer experience. We found a table, placed our order on the app and, voila! In a few minutes we had our food. The order was 100% accurate, the staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. But I can say that about any Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. So, it was boringly predictable in the best possible way. We ate and were back on the road to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We did see that there was a Chick-fil-A in the airport so that would have been an option but there was no seating and one long line waiting to order. Glad we stopped where we did.

The staff working 7 -9 pm on Thursday 3/13 needs a shout-out!!! They accommodated our two full buses of middle schoolers and they did it with a smile!

The food was great, even though it was late when we arrived. The staff was already cleaning up, so they were not quite as helpful as you typically find at CFA.
Drive through, chicken sammich was tasty very hot but my God the lines no matter time of day but at least you have a person matching the order to the ticket.
It was very disturbing and Marcus showed very very little customer services,he had a very poor attitude,also he didnt wash his hands and was handling plenty food..I hope his GM retrains hims because he is disgusting....

We went through this drive through a couple months ago and our order was wrong. Called about it and was met with a manager who wasn’t really concerned. We went through again today, only because we were near there and I got home and I’m missing stuff from my order AGAIN. It truly shouldn’t be that hard to put everything in the bag that people pay a lot of money for. Now I’m home with two kids who don’t have food we ordered. We will never (and I can say that with full confidence) go to this location again.
Food good as usual but customer service was amazing, was tired form a flight and Aikatu was sweet and funny and helped me with even picking a sauce, that I now love.

Worst Chick -fil-A. I last visited on Jan 21, 2025. Management rude, slow, only worried about the drive thru. This was my 3rd time here, 3 strikes your out . Waited 15 minutes for an original Chic-fil-A meal, as I watched the drive thru come and go. Walk in customers are not as important. Requested a refund , got an attitude as well. Don't waste your money here!
I am happy the stores in Goose Creek and Moncks Corner are not like this one.
