It was super busy since everybody was out shopping but we still got our food quickly. The fries were soo good and fresh. The young man who brought our food to the table was sweet and very helpful. He went above and beyond!

The drive through here is the worst. They only take the mobile order side. The right lane. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I would recommend going inside or doing a mobile order. Never have been to a location like this but don’t do the drive through lol

I have been a Chick Fil A customer as long as I can remember, but today I received the worst customer service from Trixi one of the managers at this location. Instead of her making things right she decided it would be better to just argue with the customers.. I have NEVER experienced this level of disrespect and disregard for customers!!! I definitely hope they speak to her especially if she is training/leading new employees!!!

Ordered a chick fil a sandwich with no pickles. Waited roughly 15 minutes in the mobile-through line before finally receiving my order and to my surprise I received a sandwich with extra pickles. Called the restaurant as I already left the location and the rep told me he couldn’t transfer me to the manager because they were busy and it was during their lunch rush. I could understand if I hadn’t waited 15+ minutes for my order to be wrong. The call was eventually “disconnected” on their side. No “my pleasure” or any sense of urgency from the employees. Your customers are what brings you business. Even if you are busy you can make time to speak with your customers especially when your employees messed up my order. This location could use plenty of training.

We have been loyal Chick-fil-a customers for many years and usually have the typical great company defined service. Tonight we stopped prior to going shopping and although there were only a few people in front of us, we all stood there scratching our heads as to why one person was wiping down the counter, two others talking by the call ahead meal pickup area, and others over by the drive up window, but nobody at the register. After a bit, the guy wiping the counters stopped and came over and stood at the register looking at the guy in the front of the line.
He took that customers order and then struggled when we got to the front of the line. He struggled with the register and then printed a receipt and took it to the first guy and came back to start over with us.
Our meals were very good, althought the diet coke was just too sweet. Machines need to be tested and adjusted every so often.
Upon leaving, we stood at the counter for a while waiting to get refills while someone else was waiting at the counter to order. He eventually asked as young teen walking by if he was going to help and then the guy that was at the register prior came around the corner with a shake for other people waiting. Several employees walked right past us not paying attention to us standing there with cups in hand. After the guy at the register finished he came over and refilled our cups. There were plenty of others by the drive through atea that just stood there. Some looked over in our direction but did nothing.
The only employee we even heard say, its my pleasure, was the nice young man who brought us our food.
Never did we receive a receipt.
This is not even close to the typical Chick-fil-a service and its apparent there was no management there.

There aren't too many complaints when it comes to Chic-fil-A, in my opinion. However this has got to be the slowest one in all of Charleston. It doesnt matter if you use the app to order, use the drive thru or go to the counter...you're going to wait and most of the time with little to no acknowledgement. Everyone is very friendly though and I have never had any issues with my orders.
