It was super busy since everybody was out shopping but we still got our food quickly. The fries were soo good and fresh. The young man who brought our food to the table was sweet and very helpful. He went above and beyond!

We have been loyal Chick-fil-a customers for many years and usually have the typical great company defined service. Tonight we stopped prior to going shopping and although there were only a few people in front of us, we all stood there scratching our heads as to why one person was wiping down the counter, two others talking by the call ahead meal pickup area, and others over by the drive up window, but nobody at the register. After a bit, the guy wiping the counters stopped and...

There aren't too many complaints when it comes to Chic-fil-A, in my opinion. However this has got to be the slowest one in all of Charleston. It doesnt matter if you use the app to order, use the drive thru or go to the counter...you're going to wait and most of the time with little to no acknowledgement. Everyone is very friendly though and I have never had any issues with my orders.
