Ordered breakfast (4ct chicken mini meal) at 10:20 got breakfast at 10:32 they gave me chicken strips went and asked about it they wouldn’t fix it and did nothing to make up for it. $20 for breakfast and I didn’t even get breakfast thank you so much for the great customer service and experience!!

I visited this establishment today! The young lady who took my order by the name of Angela was so unpleasant. As I was telling her my order she kept saying what to me which was extremely rude ! A excuse me would’ve worked just fine! But the food and other staff members were great .

They forgot my 2 sauces i was already on the main road and had to turn around. Both of the people working the window heard me and nobody said sorry. They just handed me the sauces and walked back to the window.
Also the fries had way too much salt on it. Look at pictures. Wth.

Always a great place to eat, but THIS chick fil A is extra special, always a smiling face and warm welcome when Tabitha is working! I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and I need to say that the service has gone downhill ever since. Lady who took my order could care less to be there. I just went through the drive-through and all I ordered was two milkshakes and the girl handed them to me with whipped cream and Sticky ice cream all over the outside of the cups dripping everywhere she only included one straw with both milkshakes and when I asked for napkins, she acted like it was a burden to go get them. When she returned and gave me the napkins, I said thank you. She didn’t even respond. This girl had long white braids.
