I placed my order in line and paid for my food. While in line, I wanted to added an another chicken sandwich. Instead of doing a new transaction, they canceled out my order. The issue with that is, I used my debit card instead of credit card. Debit cards can take 2 to 14 days to get your money back. I had to get out of line and park and they had someone come to my car and I explained to him what was going on and he didn’t send back manager. I called my debit card provider and they said they couldn’t do anything because chick fil a was still holding my funds. So I talk to a manager and I explained to her what was going on and she says she doesn’t train her employees to ask if they used a debit or credit card. I said you don’t have to train them for that, but you can train them to do new transaction if a customer wants to add something. The manager didn’t give me a solution or anything. The worst experience because I’m a manager in the customer service. I’m so glad I don’t leave in South Carolina because this location is trash. I would never recommend them for anything.

This restaurant never misses. Ever. They are quick, perfect, fresh, efficient- all the good things. Just tried the delivery service today and was blown away with the customer service and speed. When we have dined in, the play area is always clean, & table service is as fast as drive thru and delivery! Chick-fil-A for President!
Kid-friendliness: Clean, nice play ground indoor! Glass panes so you can keep an eye on your child. We’ve always had good experiences with the other kids there. Great way to get my 4 year old to eat!

Chick-fil-A is the only fast food place we visit. This is because of the quality of their food and the consistent friendly staff and clean and safe atmosphere for families. Thank you for being outstanding in your line of business and keep up the great work. I'd love to see less sugar in your offerings.

Usually I don’t have a problem but I just got a chicken sandwich and half of the chicken was missing . Sucks I can’t go back up there because I don’t have a vehicle. I’ve never had an issue like this. I just wonder what was going through the persons mind to think that it was ok to put half a chicken patty on there. I love chick fila as I’m a Christian and don’t like to be the person complaining but I feel like if I don’t say anything that same person that made the chicken sandwich will keep thinking it’s ok.
I ordered a egg white grill muffin and hash rounds and my total came out to 7.53. They charged me 5.09 to give me a half of a chicken breast on my sandwich and 1.69 for hashrounds that were chilled by the time I got 5 mins away. I called let Charity know what I had issue with, she put me in the "system" and when I got back the cashier only half listened for me to end up with another half a chicken breat on my sandwich and NO hash rounds however I was offered an extra frosted coffee they made too much of so I guess I should be thankful for that. This is not what I expected to receive when I ordered my VDay breakfast smh

I literally love chick fil a- my dream job as a kid was to work at chick fil a. So I mean this with my heart -this location does not deserve the chick fil a name. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.
I can only put my experience in for the drive thru- I am not exaggerating, 90% of the time our order is incorrect. It’s usually missing items (not wrong items). The only time I’ve been inside is to get our missing items, and they aren't very apologetic about it. It’s so bad that I’m going to start driving across town to a different location. I keep giving this one a try because of convenience.
I cannot remember the last time I’ve had a negative experience at any other location. But 90%+ of the time, it is negative at this location- Rivers Ave. They really need to figure out how to put every item in the bag because every other chick fil a has it figured out. It’s so frustrating when you’re starving, get all the way home, and an entire persons meal is missing. Food is not cheap these days either! Do better , not for me but for the chick fil a name! 🙏🏼

I just wanted to give a shout out to Joshua that is working this Christmas Eve! He took my boyfriend & I’s order and was extremely kind! However, we witnessed the woman in her red Chevy in front of us scream at him and then scream”I don’t like your attitude” I kid you not, all he did was say “Hello, what can I get started for you?” And SMILED. We could hear everything as our windows were down. The same lady whipped out the drive thru and parked VERY crooked. She then walked inside to complain about him. We made the team aware that she was just a grouchy old lady and he was amazing! Hope this lady sees this and she learns be kinder! Thanks again Joshua!

I ordered breakfast fillets, and they put them in the same bag, not the bag like a carryout but the puch that a sandwich comes in. I ordered 3 and only saw one pouch in the bag. I pulled back around and said I only got one fillet. They told me to look in the pouch. I said hopefully you can't fit 3 fillets in this pouch and how am I supposed to give them to 2 other coworkers if not individually? They offered me 2 more pouches and I just drove away. The black guy with dreads was very nice, not helpful per se, but nice. The white chubby girl with short hair was awful and the expression she made with that face told me she should never be working at a CFA. I paid for 3 items... bag them as if it was for 3 people. Don't get me started on the small size, over-cooked fillets. Breakfast, lunch or dinner you are getting a small breakfast size fillet. But they cook them at the same setting as the full-size ones so they are hard and chewy. This location has got to change operators or something. CFA... don't leave me the same old cut and paste reply. I have already reached out and I don't want a free sandwich, I want you to secret shop your own store and see what we deal with.
