This location has really gone downhill. I have been visiting this location for years, but my last 4 visits have been an extremely poor experience. The customer service is non-existent, the wait times have increased drastically and they are now messing up/or forgetting items from orders. I honestly don't plan on coming back. I'm hoping the location on Ladson Rd. is better.

I normally love Chick-fil-A, but the Dorchester Road location continues to miss the mark. I went through the drive-thru today and when it was time to pay, the team member told me they didn’t have any cash on hand. They said I had to wait for the second person helping them, who was four cars back. I pulled up to the window, only to be told I had to go back through the drive-thru because they couldn’t accept my cash at all.
Unlike the Rivers Avenue location, this store has ongoing issues. I’ve had to go inside multiple times to reorder or fix my order because items are frequently missing, and I often don’t realize it until I get home. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the consistency is just not there.

Multiple times ordering dinner for delivery, multiple times sauces, straws, sides, you name it, have been left off of the order. Don’t have this issue with the Ladson Road location, which is where I’ll be making sure my business goes moving forward. Don’t care if they’re owned by the same ownership group or people, Ladson Road seems to understand giving people what they paid for. The “points” we were offered don’t correct the incorrect dinner my pregnant wife ordered. To prioritize delivery to the extent this location has, and to still be this inaccurate, is a troubling sign.

Got a kale salad that was rotten with black moldy spots on the stems. Had to trash and of course don’t see this til I’m all the way back home. Love wasting money on expensive food that has to go straight into the trash. Quality checks need to be more thorough.
