I have been coming to the dorchester location ever since it first opened and have always been pleased with everything, but on yesterday, I was very disappointed with my food. The fries were half cooked and very salty. I asked for extra pickles and had only 2 and a half on my sandwich, and my lemonade had more ice than drink. Had it not been for the fact that I was already home, I would have come back in person to complain. I'm not sure what the issue was yesterday, but I hope that this is not an indication of future customer service. I consider this fast food company one of the best. I would hate for this to continue and have you in the same category as the rest of your competitors....AVERAGE.

Every time I order from Chick-fil-a they get the order wrong. It is beyond ridiculous they always leave at least one thing out. I have also received another person’s order with their name on it mixed up with mine before. Very incompetent staff.

This is my first time to ever leave a review. I’m just genuinely disappointed. I’ve gone to this chickfila ever since it opened and always never had any complaints. However, the food tastes a lot different now. I swear it didn’t taste this bad a few weeks ago. The fries tasted off and a bit hard/stale for some reason, the fries containers were filled as if for a small for both the large and medium size, the chicken tenders tasted very bitter and somehow a spicy after taste for being the normal tenders. I really hope it’s just a bad day or something. Really be sad to see a once great place become like this…

It took forever for my order to be delivered and there we’re dancing and cutting up and they didn’t put no napkins and straws and my fries was nasty parfait was not filled my milkshake was watery my salad got a hair in it never coming back

I was there last night 1 - 17 - 25 and I had gone to the bathroom and there was an employee in there using the bathroom and he walked out afterwards and did not wash his hands. He was a young man with a yellow stripe across his shirt whatever that means. It was 8:30 p.m. I usually eat at Chick-fil-A three times a week. The food and services usually good. But this turn my stomach.

Love the play place, it’s clean. Service counter was kind and patient. Food quality is definitely off at this location though as others have mentioned. Milkshakes were actually watered down tasting. Never had a CFA experience like this with the food. So strange.
This place will rip you off. They forget one of our items every time we go there. Will not be returning. Food not that good to be ripped off every time.

I don't know who was working this morning around 6:30am 12/19 but they need more training or something because I had to ask for a straw and once I got to my destination I didn't even have my sauce in the bag and I'm HIGHLY disappointed because cfa is NORMALLY on it now my food gonna be dry because I don't have no sauce

Whoever had the genius idea to make both a drive-through lanes merge so now whenever you order through the app, it does not matter. It takes just as long if not longer than ordering through the drive-through. Great idea! I love waiting 10 times longer for my order.

I waited till I got home to eat the breakfast two chicken biscuits and after I had the first one I did not eat the second one. It was a waste of my money. I was very disappointed.
