The new mobile drive thru line is the most ridiculous thing this store could have done! First, the line for drive thru backs out onto the road and blocks traffic which creates a hazard for everyone because idiots are just speeding around those waiting to turn in. Second, we sat in the mobile thru line for 15 minutes and no one moved. Third, we get our food and sit in line for another 10 minutes. Most ridiculous thing ever!

1 star on the food because I order a certain salad and literally say what I don’t want and they still somehow manage to put it on there. A grilled Cobb salad, I asked for an egg but no egg, no roasted corn and I get roasted corn, no grape tomatoes and they out grape tomatoes on it. How is this even possible? 1 star on the service because they don’t check the food before handing it off to the delivery driver that receives a seal and closed bag of food so it’s not on that person more so the cooks, the baggers, and management. Do better please.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots so you can go inside to enjoy your meal. Otherwise, their drive-thru is a little different now. One lane is for drive-thru while the other is for mobile pick up. Seems to be working better to allow more space in their parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Clean kid's room to play in.
Came through drive thru got home no salad dressing apple cider vinegar. Sad for what people pay the order should be right. So when you start to leave check everything in bag.

They made a whole new lane for mobile orders and you can’t even use it when it’s busy. The customers in the drive through lane completely block the “mobile order” lane from being used. Very dumb

So I love most chick fil a locations. Food is always good and everyone is always nice. I never leave a Google review for a place like this as most people already know what they feel about chick fil a. In this situation, I have to share. I told Rebekah when I pulled up, my day wasn’t going well. She immediately gave me recommendations on shakes and with a chocolate twist to make it better. She was so warm with me and handled everything perfectly. She even found a coupon to help with my day. Crazy enough; my car stopped working in the drive thru. (Because that’s how crazy days work) so many employees came out to help me to get my car in a safe spot. I believe the manage’s name was Peter. He took control and made sure everyone was safe and helped me. They brought me my food even if I didn’t make it to the window. They brought me water as it was a hot day. An uncomfortable situation they made it in a genuinely nice moment. Good people exist and they work at this chick fil a location. Thank you guys so much.

Part of fulfilling accurate orders are making sure condiments are also present when placed via mobile order or in-person. The drive thru line was chaotic this morning. Two lanes that ended up being one lane. No warning or directions from employees on what car is next.
