I hate to leave this review. This was my first time at this establishment. The DJ was playing good music. I stood by the bar to order a drink for 45Min. The bar was far from packed. I waited patiently, to never be served. The only floor server circled the bar for 39 Min. With a to go box saying she was searching for the person that ordered the food. She stated once she found the person that ordered the food she would return. That never happened. I then went back to the bar. Waited another 20 Min. I saw men come up and was served before me. I assume because they had cash in their hand. I then saw the gentleman that was working the door walk by. I let him know that this was my 1st time here and that I had been waiting 40 Min for a drink. He said he would let the bartender know. I watched him speak to the bartender and she yelled at him. I felt so bad. He was a good sport and walked off apologizing. He would be the only reason I would ever return. It seemed like all of the bartenders was moving in slow motion. No urgency whatsoever. They were quick to laugh/giggle with male patrons and blatantly ignored several women that wanted to order a drink. They were also very slow. There is not one bartender/server that moved with urgency. I understand it is hard to find good help in this day and age. However they should know if people see you hustling and working hard they will tip you more. This is the lazy/ I don't care about anything era.

Where do I start! I am a LONG TIME customer of this establishment (all LOCATIONS). Today my husband & I were in Goose Creek, we decided to have an earlier dinner. When we walked in, the host did not greet. Not that big of deal, for what's to come. So we're seated. There was only about 7-8 people in the place. No one ever even acknowledged us for 20 mins. Then all she asked was our drink order. She brung the drinks, never introduced herself nor said a word to us. After another 10 mins or so, my husband was frustrated and wanted to leave! I left and called the Ashley Phosphate location. Spoke with the manager. He said he would make it right, come to the AP location. We'll we did that, I really thought he would make sure we received better service since the GC location was extremely disappointing. We get there, we're greeted within 5 mins. (I'm being generous) she finally took our drink order. We had to wait another 10-15 minutes to have our order taken. We'll needless to say after almost an HOUR, my husband still did not receive his appetizer. Even though he assured us it would be a BETTER experience at the Ashley Phosphate location. Not true. We had to pick our daughter up from work. So yet again we were left with no food, hungry and not so much of any type of assistance. I am extremely DISAPPOINTED! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Heard great things about this place but not only did they take too long (went past my lunch hour even though I arrived as they opened) but they ended up serving first a couple of people that got there 15+ mins after me. Not coming here again, lousy experience. There were only about 3-4 people in there when I ordered, don’t know why it took long

The service was fine, but the food was disgusting. If I could rate -10/10 I would. The chicken was so dry and overcooked, I actually CHIPPED A TOOTH. I ad to peel away the top layer of chicken just to get to little pieces of not so dry chicken. The onions rings were FOUL and soggy. The fries tastes ok, but severely undercooked. Almost $37 dollars worth of garbage. Maybe it was a one off day, but I will never know for sure. I am now traumatized.

Went to a gathering we ordered and apparently the waitress didn't put in the order.We were the last ones served.Which was bad considering people who came behind us were served before us.

No matter the day or time you go the food and service will take forever. 40 minutes later and still no appetizer, it was okra that’s 2 minutes. We was told DoorDash took priority and our food would come after. That doesn’t even make sense , we are customers dining in . It was a total of 11 other people in the restaurant besides me and my partner. The first time we came here it took 2 hours for 5 breaded wings for one of our people in our party. That was a Saturday night so we assumed it was a weekend crowd issue but no even slow nights you can not get anything on time. The food its self is good but if I have to wait 2 hours I’ll go anywhere else. We paid for our drinks and walked out.
After reading other reviews the responses from the owner or representative saying they will fix issues clearly is not happening. My visit today 12/05/24 at 7pm these issues clearly haven’t been addressed. No i didn’t bring it to a managers attention that i waited 49 minutes for an appetizer because its been brought to many peoples attention that the service and wait times are ridiculous. The 3 ladies sitting at the table across from us had waited over an hour plus for one lady’s food while the other 2 had already ate and they was also complaining. A manager should be offered from the staff during long wait times. Have some self awareness, read the room. Most importantly if I ask what’s taking so long and the waitress/bartender replies that door dash is a priority you need to hire new staff.

The place looked promising from the outside, but that's as far as we made it.
It was early (approximately 730pm) We went to get grab wings, fries, and have a drink while the food was being made.
We were asked to pay a $10 (per person) cover just to go in the place.
From the outside, it looked like a sports bar (not a club) so the cover charge was a bit confusing, even after telling them we would sit at the bar.
We politely declined and found another sports bar nearby and enjoyed wings and drinks... no cover.

Bullshit service 😂 I waited a hour ad half for some wings. If you're not a regular DO NOT COME HERE. If you want to try a new place DO NOT COME HERE. the bartenders only care about the regulars prices are okay but if you want good service as a new person or just want to try something new this is NOT the place for you. I'm still waiting on my food as I write this post.
Update: cold wings cold fries and people came in after me and got served before me because I'm not a regular. Stay far away

So this is my first time writing a review , but it isn’t my first time to chill n grill. I’ve been to several of their locations, goose creek , Ashley phosphate and the Tanger outlet location. The one at the outlet I find the service to be quick and food usually hot. Last night 11/16 around 7 /8 pm. Our waitress she was pretty ok. We order our food(winds , sweet potatoes fries, crab rice and buffalo cauliflower), then my girlfriend found hair in her wings . Now I was unaware because I’m over here tearing the crab rice up. She then told me it was the second piece of hair she seen she let the first time slide. Despite my disgust . We got the server to let her know. Now this was our first time experiencing this at chill n grill. I say that to ask what is protocol? She picks up the hair and takes it to the back. I said what in the world. We preceded to wait on the manager. Just for him to come back and ask us what’s wrong. As if our server didn’t tell him already. He asked if he wanted us to take it off the bill, ummm you think or do you want us to pack up hairy wings and fries? My problem and reasoning for making this review is the chip he had on his shoulder, as if we were lying or HE was the one with the hair in his food. Instead of being apologetic and ahead of the issue. I was irked and irritated and possibly may not come back to that location . Not due to the hair but that lack of accountability and customer service.

A group of 8, got our Bev’s but we’re not alerted that there were no beef options. No burgers or steak sandwiches. This was never mentioned before any service. Food was over cooked.
