Chipotle is my first stop when I’m in the mood for some quality Mexican food with quick service. The online ordering is very convenient, and I have the luxury of ordering a meal to my specifications at work, and being able to grab my bag and be on my way in about 10 minutes. The burrito bowl is my favorite, the service is friendly, and the store is typically well kept.

I looked at the service area where they prepare your dish, and I turned around and walked out. It was disgusting.

No good taste
Not sure if they just decided to give me a kids meal because the half the bowl is just covered with cheese and sour cream, and the bowl aint even full.

Just finished up at 8 hour drive from Florida and came out of my hotel. All I wanted was a bowl with chicken and a few other things nothing special but this had to be my number one worst experience at chipotle. Just take my word for it and don’t go here. Can’t get nothin these days damn
Came in at around 1130. They were only doing online orders. How are they so unprepared just after opening that they can't even do walkin orders? I haven't ordered online in a very long time because chipotle was known to skimp on the serving sizes for online orders. Atleast when you order in person you could ask for a little more when they tried to skimp.

This place needs a visit by corporate. They're coming is not good. The rice is always either mushy or undercooked to the point of being crunchy. It is also bland. No seasoning is used on the rice or chicken. Portion size is about half that is the Ashley phosphate location.
I've been here three times to make sure it wasn't an isolated incident and each time was awful

The food was okay. It seemed to be a bit light on the flavor. The service was good. The atmosphere was plagued by loud music and a dirty dining area.

CHIPOTLE IS CHIPOTLE, THEIR FOOD IS THE GREATEST
Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve been living in the area for about three years and this Chipotle location frequently serves significantly lower portions than other Chipotles in the area and less than other Chipotles in different states. Typically customer service is decent and it’s the closest one to where I live so I have continued to go to this one over time. Today, I had a complete horrible experience with multiple members of the staff being very rude and lacking in hospitality that will not be bringing me back anytime soon. I was overcharged twice for extra meat on top of the meat that was included with my standard meal. ONE bowl for me ended up totaling over $27… when I normally pay $13-16 dollars. When I questioned the price, I was told that “the way that I ordered” is the reason why I was over priced. What was being explained to me made completely no sense and was extremely unfair. After being treated with such hostility I ended up just requesting an entire refund and didn’t want the food. I proceeded to go to the Chipotle on Rivers Ave and the staff there was much kinder and I also was charged only $20 dollars and was provided larger (normal sized) portions than the one on Center Pointe. I don’t know what was up with the staff today but the fact that five different team members treated me the way that they did was extremely alarming and off putting I hope other people don’t get treated like this in the future but I’m certain that I’m not the only one who has experienced this before.

By far the best Chipotle location in the area.
Coming off a very negative experience at a different location, this review is going to come off as a bit excessive or fanboy-ish. But! I wholeheartedly mean every word of it...
The manager I spoke with on the evening of 01-02-2025 was top notch. I asked to speak with him not because of a negative experience with this location but purely to compliment him on the clear difference his approach to working with his team and serving customers in comparison to other experiences I've had at other locations. That man deserves a promotion for his ability to lead and make a difference. I'd highly recommend the 'higher ups' use his example as a model to emulated in other locations around the area. So Chipotle Corporate, if you're reading... do it! I couldn't be happier with my experience at this location.
If/when I have a desire for Chipotle, I'll willingly and happily drive past all other locations to visit this one, especially if it's during the above manager's shift.
Solid.

Vegetarian options: This Chipoltle used to be the best in the region-- having well over 4 stars. If it's still below 4 when you read this, it's for good reason. Don't go. In our recent visit, the rice was undercooked and there are staff member(s) at this location who intentionally sneak meat into the sofritas. We gave up with online ordering after having meat in our vegetarian bowl on 2 separate occasions. We had never had an issue with in person ordering until 3 days ago when our sofritas had numerous pieces of pork scattered throughout the bowl. Sofritas are behind the meat so major accidental contamination is highly unlikely. Someone is intentionally mixing in pork. It's such a d*ck move to do that to people to ruin their meal. I get that some meat eaters are religious about it, but just eat your meat and move on and leave me alone. What I eat is none of your business. Take up a more constructive hobby and build a better life for yourself. Move on.

This place is the worst chipotle I have ever been to! When I walk in the door, the door handle on the inside literally fell off and smacked me in the head and nobody bothered to say I am sorry are you OK. Then the girl at the register I think her name was Jill, but I’m not sure because nobody is wearing a name tag. She was extremely rude.
I do not know how this place is still in business because they never ending bad reviews for this location is justover overwhelming!!
Everyone at this location should be fired and you should re-hire people that will be kind and considerate and also clean and appreciate the customer who is keeping this place alive. I don’t recommend and I will never return!

Literally horrible experience mind you I am a restaurant manager myself so I am pretty lenient with F&B). I came in for a quick dinner with my bf. Immediately got nasty looks from the people working because they clearly did not want people to come in. (It was 3 hours before close). They were incredibly rude as I went through the line, ignoring what I was asking for. As I’m ready to check out the girl at the front tells me they are out of cups and they only have what’s in the fridge available (chocolate milk and 1 bottle of water). I comment on how that’s really disappointing because I don’t want chocolate milk with my order and I didn’t want to share the last water with my boyfriend. Especially now a line has formed. The second I finish ordering I hear the girls start talking about me. They mention we can use a cup if we have one in my car so I appreciate they at least tried to come up with a solution. I grab drink and no ice is in the machine. At that point I’m very over it so I just sit down and eat. There is definitely more but I’m sure no one is reading anymore. Long story short, terrible management with a lazy and rude team. I’m not expecting a 5 star meal but damn if I could not feel like I’m in a hostile environment that’d be awesome.
