This place needs a visit from corporate. All of the other Chipotle’s I’ve had great experiences with, even though this one is within a mile from my house I consistently go to the one at Tanger if I want Chipotle. Today I get off a 15 hour shift decide I’m not driving the 10 minutes to Tanger I’ll eat close to my house. It’s 9:45, according to both the app and Google they don’t close till 11. The door’s locked and no one is there.

It is a hit or miss. Especially when you drive 30 mins to sit down and eat a employee tells you as you walk in online orders only. This has happen to me twice already with no warning only upon arrival. Other than this I have no problems. Food taste great when able sit down and eat during lunch.

Service and atmosphere were fine. But i got a double chicken bowl to go, brought it home and when i went to eat it, i was eating crunchy rice. I couldnt even eat it. Waste of $14. After seeing some reviews, i guess im not the only one who has experienced this. How can a Chipotle location suck at cooking basic rice?

Rice undercooked. Don’t waste your money. I order $60 worth of food and it all was trashed. When I called the restaurant about my food. I was answered by AI that would transfer me to the restaurant and told me speak to the AI online (Pepper) of which just took my information and advised someone would get back to me. Don’t waste your time here. Horrible.

They say they close at 11 pm. I got there at 10:30 after a 15 minutes drive and they closed the door on my face. Wasted my time and gas very unprofessional.

Roaches scurrying around in broad daylight signal this location must be badly infested. Staff are some mixture of lackadaisical, impolite, and incompetent. Not worth the risk.

The older woman with glasses and a raspy voice was unbelievably rude and I usually don’t make reviews like this but she doesn’t deserve to have a job where customer service is a part of the job!!!!

I went in there tonight, 1/27/25 at 5pm. Some gay guy (its the only way to describe and differentiate from others that work there), gave me the attitude that they were only doing online. I asked when they would be doing regular and he said jerkly "when my other shift comes in". He could have said 20 min but i didnt know how long that was going to be so i left. He should be fired!!! There was nothing going on and nobody was even making any take out orders. I will not eat there if he is there!
