Team onsite today is rude and seemed to be bothered to take my order. Train staff on better communication skills.

Came in on a Sunday, I saw at least 4 people working behind the counter, a couple was in front of me and we were the only 3 people in line. When the person behind the counter looked up they said they were only accepting online orders. So we literally have to PAY MORE money just to order through the app when we are standing in the actual store? Makes no sense. The couple in front of me left, and so did I. The staff here are always depressing. This location needs some serious staff turnover ASAP. Get people that actually smile.

So I ordered the new honey chipotle chicken bowl from DoorDash with guacamole and queso and do you know these unprofessional people allowed someone to steal my food and refused to remake my order then locked the doors and told the dasher to leave Never buy anything from here

-1000 stars because they said it was online ordering only which I could understand if they told me why. They looked at me and turned away and continued to cut chicken. Like is it really that difficult to provide a service for like 2 minutes??? This is my second chipotle that’s done some shady stuff… the chain just isn’t ran well by local management.

I had got a bowl and asked for double when he served me the second scoope it wasn’t even a whole spoon full. When I asked for a little bit more he charged me triple meat for the sofreta and had an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this location because they don’t have the right attitude to serve anyone.

I’m going to start this by saying I have no clue about the staff or service because for 2 days in a row when my family and I showed up at 945p and 10p to the restaurant that wasn’t suppose to close until 11 they were basically already closed. If you are going to be a spot that closes at 10 then let’s get that update on the app, and on your door. we pulled up to see chairs were already turned over and restaurant looked shut down. As we walked in to order everything was basically packed away. No rice. Slim picking for protein and veggies already stacked to be discarded. Do better. Disappointment to come from out of town and try to eat where you know the food is done right only to not be able to eat it for 2 days. Sandwiches it is. Good thing Walmart was right there

We were at a furniture store close by, and decided to stop by for some takeout. We ordered a steak burrito and steak bowl, the flavor was okay. The cilantro rice, on the other hand was only like 20% cooked......it was not edible. The lettuce was brown....not to mention.... service was slow and the counter they used to prep your food was so dirty!
Literally the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in. The staff was rude, and seemed bothered when I asked for fresh lettuce because they tried to give me slimy dark lettuce. She rolled her eyes and came back with lettuce that was still not looking fresh. Chips were extremely stale, I went back asking if they had any freshly made, the person said at the register said they don’t do anything fresh at this location because they don’t feel like constantly making things.

We literally saw a roach crawling by the salad where they fix the bowls. Staff was rude for no reason at all. They did not have guacamole and were out of all the lemonades. 9:30 and they told another customer that sat down to eat that the lobby was closed. All the tables were nasty covered in food and trash overflowing. Will never step foot in this restaurant again.

I’m not one to submit a negative review, but I thought my experience should be documented. After standing where the line starts for 10 minutes without being helped, I asked an employee if she could help me with my order. She replied “I ain’t the manager” and walked away. After asking the manager for assistance, the manager said, “if you want to order, go to *explative* chipotle.com. We ain’t helping you over there.” She then turned to her team and said, “It ain’t that hard to understand.”
Maybe it’s my fault for not understanding that I shouldn’t expect to enter into a chipotle and have someone prepare my order.

I ordered online because it's usually faster and then arrived 10-15 mins after the scheduled order time. When I got there none of the mobile orders were on the shelf and there were 2 other gentleman waiting for orders. We all 3 stood there for approximately 10 mins before ANYONE of the staff even acknowledged us including the manager. Finally, a different guy came out from the back and asked what the names were on our orders. 2 of the orders were in fact ready but were just sitting on a back table. Terrible service and it seemed like no one in there actually wanted to work or help.
