Most of the games worked. I used a Groupon and that was fairly seamless (the manager got involved but knew what she was doing). I found the employees to be nice. Upon us leaving (me n my 4 kids) there was actually actually process to make sure all the kids belonged to me. I really appreciated that

Play card was not working. It took 10 minutes to get another card while my children had to wait as the attendant had to find the manager to get another card. This was unacceptable.

My son is 6 loves this place. The new remodel with trampoline zone and new games n rides were fun for my little ones. Management and team members were professional and very nice. Noticed a team member cleaning tables n floor as well . We had a good evening dining in there. Got combo number one with a play coupon added online. Added trampoline fun which is $10 a person and you get fun Chucky e cheese socks.

It's clean. Kids had fun. Staff is always around cleaning watching the kiddos. Chuckie came out to dance with the kids twice while we were there. That was fun, salad bar fair prices on wings and pizza. The wings were soft and fresh with plenty of sauce also unlimited fountain drinks and filtered water. Nice selection of prizes for all ages! Fair pricing on games and food
