It was fun ,clean ,and staff was super nice .We had a concern at the entrance and they were quick to help us and fix it .Honestly they were so welcoming and also I enjoyed how clean it was .Our food was hot and just what we wanted .This location also has a wide open space so you don’t feel your touch toes with others .The manager in charge totally with purple nails .Girl thank you you made our night ?

First time coming here. Game cards are definitely worth the price. I actually loved that considering we go to arcades and pay quit a bit. So I really liked that concept. But man the food prices hurt. I mean I don't expect something for nothing. But we got a small small order of dipping dots and it's six bucks. Food is way over priced for that quality and quantity. But fun place . Eat before you come tho.UpdateThe replies that are given are just mediocre copy and paste replies. We don't need promotions. I would not go back in order food just because of a promotion. The food needs to be extremely better or lower the price. It's mediocre food. Which okay. It's a kid's place. I get that. I guess good food doesn't really matter because it's a kid's place according to what is being served. But then lower the price of it. It's not a four-star meal. I was looking forward to the churros and they were hard as rocks. It was just very disappointing food-wise. Other than that it was great

Our table was not set up for our party when we arrived, didn't have plates or utensils, 1 of the 3 pizza arrived 40 min into the alloted party time the other 2 didn't come to the table till 10 minutes before the happy birthday show. We also had 5 or 6 people sitting at our party table that didn't move even when asked to, and very rude people from the table next to us as they had too many people at their party and apparently not enough seats for them hanging around our party table the whole time. We were unable to even open gifts as our time was up I guess immediately following the cake cutting and we were abruptly asked to leave the table. We left the table and went to a booth to finish our party as the birthday child was crying at this point no gifts had even been opened.. and everyone was pretty upset. Not to mention our host comming to the booth we sat at 3 times in 10 minutes for me to close out my bill. (Why so persistent now?Where where you during our party time??? Seen you 2x!!!) Then stood in line for almost 30 minutes to pay only to be ignored by the cashier that walked away to take a private call at that moment causing me to get even more upset and loudly demanding someone to close out my bill! Overall this experience is one for the books and wont be repeated this place needs some serious help, from the disorganized events, overbooked parties and confused/untrained staff. This location is a mess! Get a skilled manager in there to get it right! You charge a lot for the party reservations, your not holding up your end and this location is not living up to the chuck e cheese reputation ! Do better!!

She never came to our party. After numerous times asking for help the kids didn't even get wristbands until after 6pm. They gave the adults water cups and said they would charge us if she sees soda in any of the water cups. No pizza came. A manager finally came but was no help at all. She said if we didn't like it ($500 party) we could leave. Kids were crying no party and had to leave. VERY unprofessional!!!! Then the assistant manager went outside and was telling someone our business and said "all over water cups". Nope! It was much more than that. You pay for a Birthday party, you expect your moneys worth. Corporate will be called on all. Such a shame. This was for my 4 year old birthday.

Always clean. I would say 99% of the games are always working. The people who work there are really nice and helpful. Little salad bar not to shabby and the kids always go for the pizza. If you think it’s pizzeria pizza you’ll be disappointed. If you go in knowing it’s kids pizza it’s all good. We usually spend two hours at a time here. Wears the kiddos out, safe place and again CLEAN.

If I could give a zero I would. Bring back the old Chuckecheese. This one is horrible and way over priced! We bought three ninety minute cards for $94. The kids paused it once to attend a birthday party we were there for. We tried to pause it a second time to leave as we were planning on returning another time to finish the cards and that was when we were told you were only allowed to pause it once. It was never explained that at time of purchase but was listed in tiny print on the price board. This is very deceptive when purchasing and should be listed on the play card as well. I stood there and tried to have a conversation with management about it she took my receipt and walked away as if she was going to help me. She did NOTHING to help as my kids were standing there losing more play time, instead she was helping a customer behind me, when she hadn’t even finished helping me. Management was very unprofessional. I honestly felt discriminated. Half the time when you scan the card it doesn’t even work. It’s a rip off and we have been loyal customers for years. I promise after this visit we will not be returning!

Don't sleep on Chuck E. Cheese. Super clean, all the games worked, food was quick and good. Kids had a blast.Hate to say it, but so much cheaper and cleaner than Charleston Fun park in Mount Pleasant. I was able to get 90 minutes of unlimited games for my kids for 35 bucks each. I think I dropped $200 at Charleston Fun park last time I was there (on the 5 games that actually worked)
