I looked past the disgusting dirty inside but the Rude employees was the show stopper. After waiting 15 minutes for service we were told that our chicken would take time took cook. Okay, no problem we are content to wait, no hurry. Only to have the nasty employee go well its gonna be a looong wait with the worst attitude and eye roll. I was never rude or upset. There was 0 need for the attitude. We left and went to McDonald's

Places sucks bad i was waiting in the drive thru and i tried going inside but the doors where locked when finally i get someone on the speaker it was to wait even longer i went to kfc i got my order in 5 mins

Had to go around twice in drive thru just to get some one to come take my order! Food is over priced!

The customer service was so poor, that the cashier wouldn't and couldn't answer any questions. Told the other employee that she wasn't having it today. The only question was what was the sides. I would not go back and would not recommend going there to anyone. Cashier was very nasty. Time I went was around 5:30 pm. Put the doors was locked, couldn't go in which i would have preferred.

This establishment opens at 10 I got there at 10:15 to be told yall have 0 chicken ready. I'm then asked to wait 10 minutes well I was kinda in a time crunch so I waited. My receipt says she rung me up at 10:20 and o didn't pull off until 10:40. Way longer then 10 minutes. After waiting all that time I didn't get offered a cold cup of water while I wait. Gave me my order after waiting all that time n didn't get one apology for having me to wait. How is this called churches CHICKEN and have no chicken prepared. Get it together!

Chicken was good, the roll was saturated with grease since it was under the chicken, and was not edible. The person working the window was rude. Dining room was closed, you have to go through the drive thru and circle around to the front door. When your order is ready they hand it out the door, but only far enough that you can barely reach it GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

At 5:15 3/30/25 order meal. 10 piece meal with extra sides. Its chicken was burnt. Ordered side of okra but didn't receive it. Fish sandwich was dry and almost burnt. Drove to get this order from Daniel Island. Big fail. Opened potatoes and gravy and gravy was watery.
