They always seem to be out of all Cinnabon rolls first thing in the morning. They lost my sale and another 2 sales in front of me because of this. They need to get their employees in earlier to prepare their food, sales would cover the labor.

Bought a Cinnabon to have for home actually bought five went to eat mine this morning, and there was a long black hair in it. Also the young woman was on her cellphone in the back sitting down didn’t even see me at the desk. Never washed her hands grabbed gloves and got the Cinnabons. This was CHS airport.

Stopped in here on the way back from a trip to grab some coffee and was pleasantly surprised. The woman at the counter was super friendly and ver communicative. I would definitely go back.

Rude service and to high prices. Does not give airline crew discount like nearly every establishment in U.S. airports. I will not give them my money or time again!

Cashier was extremely nasty me and my husband was just stopping by to grab something. And all my husband did was ask the young lady do she have hot coffee mind you she never greeted us no nothing. This was around 7:30 young lady had blonde hair 2 nose piercings, she then responded no we don’t have coffee in a very rude tone another staff agree to make it but my husband said it was fine because he didn’t really like her attitude. I happened to order my food before my husband I thought my food was already in the bag because it was at the counter for a min she grabbed the back before I could and threw my in the bag with a nonchalant attitude. I’ve been traveling all day the last thing I want is someone being rude to me over a coffee and a cinnamon bun

Latoya Dixon is possibly the best employee I've ever seen at any business. We stopped in Cinnabon while travelling through CHS and she handled a huge crowd as organized and quickly/efficiently as I've ever seen anyone do, while still being extremely kind and courteous. She absolutely WOW'ed my wife and I. Give this woman a RAISE and/or a promotion!!!

Product always good! But come on Cinnabon you don’t take cash?!! Your part of the problem in this country— you apparently don’t take legal tender? Isn’t that illegal?

The young lady working on the morning of 5/20/2023 was killing it all by herself. This woman definitely needs a raise! She was taking orders, preparing orders, preparing drinks, and more all at once.
