Cashier was extremely nasty me and my husband was just stopping by to grab something. And all my husband did was ask the young lady do she have hot coffee mind you she never greeted us no nothing. This was around 7:30 young lady had blonde hair 2 nose piercings, she then responded no we don’t have coffee in a very rude tone another staff agree to make it but my husband said it was fine because he didn’t really like her attitude. I happened to order my food before my husband I thought my food was already in the bag because it was at the counter for a min she grabbed the back before I could and threw my in the bag with a nonchalant attitude. I’ve been traveling all day the last thing I want is someone being rude to me over a coffee and a cinnamon bun

Latoya Dixon is possibly the best employee I've ever seen at any business. We stopped in Cinnabon while travelling through CHS and she handled a huge crowd as organized and quickly/efficiently as I've ever seen anyone do, while still being extremely kind and courteous. She absolutely WOW'ed my wife and I. Give this woman a RAISE and/or a promotion!!!

Super nice staff! Trash coffee, $5 cup of hot coffee taste like burnt acidic water. Taste like burnt popcorn. No amount of cream or sugar can reedem this foul thing.

I was hesitating if the coffee is nice here, and was sleepy, with no mood bcoz of a lot of cancellations of my flight. But yeah, I'm abt the girls there, they made me to feel special from the moment I stepped in there, especially the girl who makes the coffee was over and beyond, she was extra attentive to please me, she's done my coffee with lovely attitude, finally when I'm pleased she gave me a bottle of water as a compliment, after a while she checked one more time if I like how my coffee is, over and beyond!!! She's sweet as cinnabon!!! Loved them all, three cinnabon fairies!
