The place is getting a drastic change the new owners are improving the store in all terms service and quality
I am sure this time will get a great stone cold ice cream

Truly awful. Between the service- the women couldn’t properly mix what I asked for and the ice cream was completely melted before she even brought it to the stone. Bathroom was unenterable.

edit: its tuesday july 22 and i still have no refund, and no call and cannot get ahold of the manager!
placed an in app order for an ice cream cake, went to pick it up and the kids working told me they didn't have any. left the store without my refund, still haven't got it yet.
called today and apparently theres no manager in the store. i have to call back saturday or monday morning to MAYBE speak to a manager when someone was supposed to be calling ME. meanwhile im short $40 in my bank account for a cake i didn't receive.

This store is OVERLY trifling. I ordered a ice cream taco on doordash. mind you i already paid. And when i get in there they talking about they dont even have any waffles or anything else to make it. Just a bunch of churn mixing up in there to make they lil 7.50$ an hour

The ice cream was barely frozen last time we were there (even after mixing). Given price it's not worth even considering.

The staff was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional despite a broken AC and a filthy (dusty) ceiling. It was hotter inside the store than outside. Why had the owner not fixed this immediately!?

Highly disappointing by the way the service was handle. Came to this location to pickup the cake that my sister order online for our mom’s birthday . At the party we open up the box, my sister notice that the cake was missing a special Happy Birthday lettering on it. We call the store back that evening, to tell them what happen. One of the employees said we can come back and get either a partial refund or store credit. She said that we were open til 10, but the time I got there the store closed and they actually closed at 9 instead of 10. The next day I went back to the store, while they were open and see if I can get a partial refund for the missing words. Another employee said that he called his manager and told me that I can get a free ice cream for the mistake on the cake. So not only they lied about the store hours, but also they lied about the partial refund or store credit. Also the girl who was talking on the phone that day was working the next day and she admitted she told me about the partial refund but she couldn’t give the refund back because she was not the manager. Like I don’t know who come here to get a birthday cake from here, but I will not get a birthday cake from here. We paid $100 for this, just not to received a partial refund back. And get this, there’s a note on the wall by the register that saids they don’t accept $100 dollar bills at the store. But they did for that day and now I’m highly displeased by it.

The worst experience and it's just ice cream, bad service.

I was thoroughly disappointed the other day and Quite surprised now I was treated. I had had a long day at work, and my daughter was with me for a good part of the The day. I wanted to do something special for her since she had done such a great job. So I figured I’d take her to cold Stone creamery for a treat. I walk in the door at 9:51 immediately greeted by “we’re not serving any more ice cream”. Oh, I’m sorry. What time did you close I asked? 10 o’clock, but we’re not serving anymore. Why I asked? Walked in the back to talk to the other kids working there, and I started hearing a bunch of laughs. At this point, I was frustrated. The kid came back out just looking at me wondering why I hadn’t left. I asked if a manager was available I was told the manager was gone. Just a disappointing experience. Especially for my daughter who was such a Trooper she was really bummed out. Do better Cold Stone

One of the absolute worst stores I have ever seen in the nation. The customer service is horrible. Constantly low on inventory. It’s a wonder how cold stone corporate even allows this store to remain open. Regardless of whether you go in person or DoorDash your order, they never cease to amaze you with their lack of respect for customer. Many of the employees working with headphones in. This is a true shame, only a week ago I arrived at 6 pm to find only three flavors available. The employee stated delivery issues. However the other store in the area was fully stocked and explained that the employee most likely didn’t want to pull more inventory out which seems more likely. Regardless this is not how you run a business. You sell ice cream, if you don’t have it, then why are you even open?

Workers were slow and did not care. Two employees had airpods in. Line was out the door. After 15 minutes waiting with only 1 person being served we left.

Absolutely worst. Called and ordered a peanut butter playground cake with mud pie mojo ice cream for my wife's birthday over a week ago. Called today to pick it up and they told me that they were out of coffee ice cream and they couldn't make it. Absolutely garbage answer. These guys deserve to go out of business!

I'm sure the ice cream is terrific. I wouldn't know because I waited 30 minutes for them to finally get to me for the employee to start sweeping the floor instead continuing to wait on the line of customers. They never stopped to say we will be right with you, nothing. They don't smile. They aren't polite. They completely ignored me and cleaned. Worst customer service ever! Management needs to do some retraining.

I came into cold Stone on a Sunday evening around 4 o’clock. I ordered a cheesecake fantasy and a waffle cone. The girl behind the counter said they don’t have any waffle cones and they don’t have any waffle bowls, and they don’t have any whipped cream. This is a sundae people you can’t be out of stuff knowing that you’re gonna have customers coming in on Sunday.
Extremely unhappy and disappointed. I guess I will have to give my business to the other location.. I will not come back and I do not recommend.

South carolina strikes again. Rude employees with dirty uniforms. It's like they don't want to work, just talk on the phone. The cakes look like a 5 year old decorated it. The waffle cones look like hammered crap. I'd be embarrassed to own this cold stone
