0 stars for Ke’auja the Cashier. She hates her job, was rushing us, had major attitude, abandoned our order mid order as we were talking, literally just never responded and heard her start taking the next lanes order, didn’t get our order right and when I asked her if she heard Cajun fries instead of regular fries, she said “your total is $21.79” ….guess what kind of fries we got after waiting at the window for 19 minutes? Not Cajun.

Worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. This location basically ignores guests in the lobby and focuses only on drive thru customers. Ordered two cookout trays, literally waited for 30 minutes and finally asked the staff what was going on. The worker responded saying “I thought I gave you your food.” We hadn’t even gotten drinks at this point. Almost 10 minutes later and we finally got our food, just for one of the trays to be incorrect. A few minutes later I finally got the right food. Simple trip to cookout to grab a quick bite turned into over hour. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this location.

My daughter and I stopped at this Cook Out in Charleston, South Carolina, after a wonderful Creed concert at the Credit One stadium. I ordered a cheddar burger with no bacon.And she ordered a cheddar burger with no bun. First, they messed up because they gave her hers in a bun; so, we waited for them to remake it. When we got to our hotel, my cheddar burger had bacon and no onions, and hers had onions and no bacon. I pulled the. Bacon off of my burger, and most of the cheddar cheese sauce came off with it. So, I ended up with just a regular hamburger, basically. The best part of the cheddar burger to me is the grilled onions and cheese sauce; so, I was really disappointed.

Very spacey employees forgot half of our order and cleared it out before they even completed it. Then went back and ordered milkshakes for the family and instead of taking the order slip with him or looking at the screen he got an attitude with me that he forgot and yelled at me for the order again

Today was a pleasant experience at N Chas Cook Out. Lamar was very professional and cheerful. Fast food drive throughs aren’t always positive so I wanted to write a review today.
So good! This was my first time and everyone here was so nice. Can’t beat the price for the quality!!!

We like to go here after visiting Wannamaker. The food is always hot and freshly cooked. They also have great prices.
Today our cashier, Rakel, was patient and kind to us as my kids took turns trying to order their food. When we needed refills or had questions, the ladies behind the counter were quick to make eye contact and ask how they could help.
We will visit again! Also, love their milkshakes!

I told them what to put on my cheeseburger . I started eating it to find out they put ketchup on it, which I am allergic to. When I returned it the manager just looked at me, took it, made another one . I told him I told the girl I was allergic to ketchup when she tried to give me some. The manager gave me another burger and I asked for a refund. He just looked at me and started to give me a refund. The only thing he said to me was” did you put it on a card?” He gave a refund and walked away. Did not say he was sorry it happened, hope you are ok, did not say he would talk to the girl, NOTHING. I asked him if he was the manager. He just nodded his head. vERY Poor service!!!! Terrible. No care that it could have sent me to the hospital. UNBELIEVABLE. Cookout Northcharleston.

I ordered a chili burger with slaw. It was very good. And a bbq sandwich, which i took one bite and spit it out. It was gross. Bbq can be a very opinion based item. So I'm not saying it was poor quality but that to my palate, it was unsatisfactory. I am coming back to try more items.

Great prices & Great backyard style burgers! Cajun fries are awesome! And they have flowing cheddar cheese sauce & great chili to make the fries even better. Shakes are great too with real fruit. Yum!
