it's sad that the 321 N Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville, TN 37923 location is the WORST location possible. $17.46 and we would have gotten more and better food from a McDonald's happy meal. on to of the chicken being gray inside the breeding and gray an off taste
Newport News store. Wife and I are out on a date night and go to the drive thru for milkshakes. Listening to the voice a guy is taking my order and after mentioning the first item he stops and says is that all. Basically I’m interrupted then a lady takes over so I start the order from scratch and she to interrupts me before I can even finish mentioning the first item so again I start the ordering from scratch and I ask her to let me finish speaking and wouldn’t let me. I did make it known by changing the tone of my voice that I was not happy with her interrupting me. Also they must have done something with their headsets while I was at the order screen because a loud noise came from the ordering screen and now I have pain in my left ear because the noise was too loud. As we proceeded to the window we picked up our milkshakes and paid for them. We were only given straws and no spoons for our milkshakes. Not sure if it was deliberate or if the store was out of stock on spoons but that made our date night less enjoyable since we had to use our straws as spoons on fresh frozen milkshakes. Il still go to cookout but not the Newport News location until the female employee improves her attitude towards customers.
Half the time you may get a correct order. I don’t want cheese & mustard on my burger and they put cheese & mustard. Even checking with them 3 times at the drive-thru doesn’t help, because they show they don’t care. Speaker system sucks. They talk too fast and take the order too fast. Maybe if they slow down a bit, they’ll get our orders right.
I just visited the Cookout on Reynolda Road, Winston Salem, NC My order was received fresh and quick. I open my box to discover I did not have seasoning on my fries so I asked the young lady (African American with dreads) could I get some seasoning salt (she rolled her eye) she asked for my tray back but I asked could you put it in the packet. She then went to the back to fix the seasoning salt and again when she hand it back rolled her eyes before I could say Thank you she mumbled something and walked away. This customer service is not acceptable and to have an attitude at 11 am in the morning then she should not be working.
I went to the Madison Tn location today at 1:50. Gave the drive thru cashier my debit card and she never gave it back to me. I was still at the window waiting for her to give it back to me and she said have a nice day. I pointed out that I didn’t get my receipt or debit card back. She handed me my receipt and said that she didn’t have my debit card. I searched my vehicle while still at the window and it wasn’t in my vehicle which I already knew. I once again asked for my debit card back and she acted like she looked for it but couldn’t find it. I froze my card and went inside and spoke to the manager and requested that he pulled the video footage, he stated that only corporate could pull the video. I asked for the phone number to corporate, the manager gave me the phone number. When I called the phone number he gave me it was just a recording for a medical alert device. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Their employees are not honest and think it’s okay to steal their customers debit cards!!
Tonight my experince was very dissapointing, I went to order a huge steak style cheesburger only to find out they no longer offer a huge. They gave me a big double which the patties were not as big as a regular burger and still charged me charged me the double price. It looks as if the prices are increasing and the portion size is decreasing. Good luck if this continues.... This was at a location in High Point, NC.
the hamburgers could big bigger
As a former employee I have witness multiple health violation such as no hair net in the kitchen, no gloves when handling peoples food, picking up the bags from the wet floor and still serving it instead of getting a new bag, then don’t even care about peoples food being mistreated and wrong. I left the store due to negligence and a personal vendetta against me by one of the managers. Not to mention we had 6 people quit in less than two weeks of her being on their shifts. It’s fast food and there’s no reason to go out of your way to make someone’s job more miserable. On top of that she will clock people out on her time and won’t let them know until they went back there to go officially on break.
Got food poisoning from this place last night. Never gain.
The absolute worst Fast Food pleace ever. Dirty, slow, and can't get any orders right!

Just here because Khristina deserves a shoutout- The calm composure, kindness, great customer service and attention to detail she had during a big late night rush and running both windows by herself was amazing, this location is lucky to have her!

The GM Antwon hooked us up tonight. Great service, super fast drive thru, funny jokes, and served the BEST milkshakes with a smile. Thank you for making a great dining experience for myself and my friend who is visiting for the first time. She will now be wanting a cookout in Ohio. 👍☺️
