Just turn around and go to another location ! They got me waiting 3hrs for a milkshake and wonât even refund me âuntil a manager comes inâ Iâm still waiting as I type this review . They all hide in the back when customers come!
I went through the drive through and one person started taking my order. She was polite. Halfway though, a man (I believe he was the manager) took over the order and was incredibly rude simply because I was confused.

All drinks were flat out of the machine. Service very slow, took over 20 minutes to get our food. Trash over flowing from trash can. I would not recommend this cook out.

They need to get new people at this location. I sat in the second line while they took orders for 3 other cars. I knew they saw me sitting there. Didn't once come on the speaker to say that line was closed. When I went inside and told the lady (Olivia) at the counter, she just brushed me off like it was no big deal. This may be the one closest to my work, but I'll never be back if this is the kind of service they're providing. I'm not spending 15 minutes of my lunch break just to be ignored and disrespected.
