So we were a little apprehensive due to the reviews. We'll we were very pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable. Less than most seafood restaurants. Food was excellent. From appetizers to the desert. And got plenty of food. Had to ask for to go boxes. We will definitely be back and definitely most definitely recommend this restaurant. Oh and she crab soup was excellent. Full of crab meat.
I was visiting Charleston and needed my She-Crab Soup. We decided on this spot.
As far as I'm concerned, that was a salty imitation of a Charleston Treasure. More like Campbell's concentrated Cream of Celery soup, without water, and a couple of crab pieces WITH the SHELL thrown in. I had a bowl; my husband had a cup.
Neither of us finished it.
Sad.
Hard pass.

Always great food here! The surprising thing in today's world is they always have great service too! Very attentive waitress - attentive without being overbearing!
Entire menu is great! Best flounder in the area! Delightful specialty drinks too!
I love the covered and screened in outside seating - especially when it's raining - it's so peaceful out there even when busy.
Too often overlooked, this place is a true hidden gem!
