While the food is a highlight for some, others have been disappointed with the quality, citing issues with dirty grills affecting the taste of dishes like pancakes. The main concern, however, is the inconsistent and often poor service. Multiple servers have been reported to be inattentive, ignoring customers' needs and failing to deliver orders promptly. Some customers have had to ask repeatedly for things and have even had to seek help from other waitresses. Despite these issues, the restaurant's atmosphere and some menu items remain enjoyable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great store with lots of impulse items and a bathroom attached. Lots of menu options; pancakes and breakfast items are always good, along with the meatloaf, Blueberry Pancake platter, and Chicken and Dumpling soup. The Onion Petals are a perk for those in the rewards program. Managers are very reasonable and considerate about fixing any issues immediately.
