Great place. They had my order a little messed up and had to wait a little longer, but the manager came out and was very reasonable and considerate about the situation. They fixed it immediately and was great.

Always a pleasure to go here. Do yourself a favor and add your party to the waiting list in advance. Great store with lots of impulse items. Haha. Bathroom is also attached to the store. Lots of menu options. Pancakes and breakfast items are always good. I had meatloaf. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Noise levels have always been bad at Cracker Barrel! Architectural design causes a large noise level problem that could easily be solved by adding something like antique quilts in place of louvre panels. This would add to the decor and reduce echo noise levels.

We came to this location when visiting North Charleston SC. We had a young waitress who had several tables and she did a very good job checking in on us to see if we needed anything while we waited. My husband had the Blueberry Pancake platter with scrambled eggs and bacon. Wow, what a great selection and I had the Chicken and Dumpling soup which was very good. We also had the Onion Petals which was a perk for us since we are in the rewards program. I tipped more than normal because we were happy with the service and she was very polite.

My experience here was not good to say the least. Place an order online. Arrived 30 minutes later, food was not ready. Waited another 30 minutes, finally received my food and it was cold ! I had a cheeseburger & fries. Very disappointed in the inconsistency.

Orded Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet menu and waitress didn't mention to pick two sides. Came out with overcooked season rice only and had to ask for the parm bread. Didn't have green onion topping. What I get for ordering limited time item from staff that didnt know the menu I guess.

Love this place, but this day the food service was extremely slow. My shrimp and grits came out watery, so that was disappointing after waiting so long for it. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen.

After a tiring day, I wanted to treat myself, despite a limited budget I treated myself by going to the restaurant because I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was at Cracker Barrel that I was going to find it. I placed my order, my dish arrived, I received nothing of what I ordered. I asked he told me that he put rice instead except that the rice was part of the dish. He then brought me the bill and the two sides that I ordered but did not receive, I was charged. You will tell me to ask to remove them that is what I did, except that it was impossible. I must have paid for something that I did not receive. It made me sincerely sad. It is the first time in my life that I do not leave tips, yet when I entered the restaurant, I already had in mind to give at least 20%.
