Cru catered an event I attended. They were outstanding in both their hospitality and the food! I was really impressed. The steak and garlic potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and I haven't had pumpkin ravioli that flavorful ever. Also, the team worked on the fly to assist a guest who was gluten free and made sure she knew what was safe to eat. Kudos!

Cru is by far one of the top tier catering businesses in the area. I could not recommend them more! From start to finish they communicated effectively and quickly, allowed for changes to be made and gave great suggestions. We had a tasting a few months prior to our wedding and we felt like we were at a restaurant! We tasted each item on our menu and were able to talk through what we liked, disliked, and any changes we wanted to make. Grant made sure to detail everything so it would be perfect on our big day. The food was so fresh (some grown from their very own garden) and had such great flavor! Cru did our bar as well and I can’t speak highly enough about the bartenders either. I never once asked for a drink all night. They told the bartenders mine and my husband's drink of choice and we had one in our hand all night long. The level of service on the night of the wedding was so incredibly high. I can’t imagine having anyone else cater for us! Book with Cru, you, your guests and your bellies will be glad you did!

I highly recommend you use Cru for your food & bar catering! Cru catered the food & drinks for our wedding in April, and they knocked it out of the park. It is the best food I have ever tasted at a wedding (possibly even outside of a wedding). Months later, our guests are still raving about our food and telling us the same thing! From our first tasting with them, we knew we made the right decision. We picked a wide variety of southern food for the wedding, and it was all so delicious. Some standouts include the grape & brie tartlet, the pimento cheese biscuit, the shrimp & grits, and the chicken & waffle slider. For the drinks, the garden mule & the salt life were both huge hits with our guests. Cru was very accommodating when I tweaked our food and bar package multiple times, and I was impressed by their wine options (which is usually extremely limited). Reilly was very prompt in her communications throughout the whole process, and Cru’s prices were very reasonable for their high-quality food and drinks.My favorite part of hiring Cru was having one of their servers follow my husband & I around post-ceremony with our appetizers and favorite cocktails while we were taking photos. What top-notch service to ensure that we got to enjoy our own food and drinks while our guests were at cocktail hour! At the end of the night, they sent us home with a “bridal bag” including a sampling of every food item at our wedding. Even though we did manage to eat a bit during the wedding, this was the best treat at the end of the night! I highly recommend Cru Catering for your next big event.

From the chicken waffle, shrimp and grits, Brie tartlet with pear chutney, and last but not least tuna sashimi apps. Yum!! The wonderful beef tenderloin, caprese chicken and fish with risotto. I just want to have all of it again!! Desserts were out of this world, banana pudding shots, and salted caramel cups all were a hit. Best time in hotel after reception with picnic by bride and groom of all the lovely food. I honestly could not speak more highly of a catering company. They just hit it top notch on all levels. Made our wedding day unforgettable and delicious! Shout out to bar tenders and servers who without the day would not have happened.

Many of our guests commented on the quality of service and deliciousness of the food. Loved the hors d’oeurves service.
