My sourdough melted was soooo greasy it was leaking thru the wrapper. The wait for our food was ridiculous several cars behind us were getting their orders n leaving way before we got our food finally

Love the food here. Usually it’s 10minutes maximum for food. I waited 30+ easily. I went to the desk to ask if it was being completed and she rudely told me it’s being worked on with glare. And I continued to wait and additional 20minutes. I’m still waiting…

I had ordered my food and when I got it it was the wrong order. Then when I said something to the lady she got dismissive and said it’s what you ordered. Extremely disappointed in this experience compared with other Culver’s. :/

Food took over 30 mins to make it to my table when I arrived a woman was sitting behind the sign completely blocked out of view I parked next to the sign the lady proceeded to throw her hands in the air and become frustrated I said maybe dont sit out of view of cars in a spot behind the sign mind you im in a sun and had to pull around the sign she was completely out of view she proceeded to take a picture of my license plate not sure if thats supposed to be a threat but went outside to damage on my car I dont even car at this point ill never be back place smells like weed also so kids beware
