This was my first time trying Culver’s, and honestly, I wish I never did. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, we only got half our order. Went inside to find out where the other half is, only to be greeted by a bunch of employees yelling at each other and roughly 10 people just waiting around for their food. We spend almost an hour just trying to get all of our food which was just two combos. This place is anything but fast food. The burgers were mediocre and the sides were inedible. By the time we even got our food, our drinks were completely watered down. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.

My experience at Culver's for the first time was good considering that I expected HIGH expectations from this establishment. The custard is tasted good and I would rate it 6.5 out of 10.

I write this while I sit in my car now going on 35 minutes waiting for my food. I only got two single burgers and one order of cheese curds. This wait has happened to me another time here as well. Food is always incredible but calling this fast food is ridiculous. Not always the case but more often than not this location makes me wait incredibly long. Two times especially long. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry

Culvers is a solid establishment, however, this specific location is trash.The employees suck. If you happen to go through the drive through double check your order. Really disappointing because Culvers is great... Not this location

Stopped by for lunch a few weeks ago, restaurant was clean, food was good and staff was friendly. Ms Sharron in the dining room checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed, she was very nice and welcoming.

The burgers are about the size of a McDonald's breakfast sandwich and look nothing like the pictures on the menu. The burger was dry. The staff is unorganized. One poor lady came inside to get her order from the drive-thru because the first order got dropped, the redo got put into the wrong car, the third order was successful.

I've given this location multiple opportunities but every single time they end up messing something up. The staff here are generally not friendly and my meal almost always comes out wrong inside (dine in) and out (carry out). I've never had an issue at the Summerville or ladson locations and would reccomend visiting there.

Picked up a to go order. The gal at the counter fill with attitude, handed me the bag and 5 cups. This seemed odd so i asked if this is normal at this location not to have the drink order ready. She said it is if you come inside to pick up. Weird! When i got home several burgers were wrong and missing fries.

When we walked in nobody was at the counter we waited 2-3 minutes for someone to come out. Food was coldish, at least we didn't wait 10-15 minutes like normal. Heavy set lady who talks like she's from the backwoods was doing nothing and talking for 15 minutes. The owner must be a billionaire and this is a tax write-off because it's operating at 50% profitability. Whoever does the hiring is clueless because there must be more motivated people available, or they just need better management. Based on other reviews, Culvers corporate needs to get involved to fix the store or force a sale to a competent owner.
