Amazing customer service !!!! When our first pizzas came out WAY too charred for our liking , they so graciously took them BOTH back and redid them perfectly. Then the manager/head chef personally delivered them to me to make sure they were just how we wanted and apologized again about the first batch . The second batch of pizzas was delicious !!! Well done DeSano pizza Charleston we’ll be back next time we’re in the airport .
The Diavola pizza was most memorable meal I had in South Carolina. I went to the best restaurants, and even harrassed a few locals on where to go, price was no object. If you have a flight, you must get this pizza! Reminds me of Terroni Pizza in LA and Toronto, but even better.
They are so nice here! The gentlemen and lady behind the counter making the food were awesome! The guy came up to me and asked if everything was okay and really made me feel like I was taken care of. I have a boot on and she even came to me for the food. Recommend here at the airport! January 3rd 4pm.
