Decent sports bar. Odd feature is that they include a 3% admin fee on the total bill then also include another 3% credit card fee. When asked abut the first fee the bartender said they were both for the credit card cahge. the manager on duty clarified teh first fee was for the additional insurance costs Charleston bars now incur.
