Domino's Pizza

This location was so much better than the one in west Ashley. But step by step it’s getting bad. The thin crust is always half way burned and dry and when I pick up they always look like they don’t care and blast full blown gangster music.

I had a horrible experience with Kristy! She was so rude and unprofessional with my about my order that had been messed up previously. And instead of talking to me like a proper person, she yelled at me for no reason. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I always ordered from this location, I always use the app. Ive been ordering at least once a month for over a year. Bur today, when they delivered my pizza it looked like ish. I told the driver Michael, and he said to call the store. Did that, and she hung up on me. Called back and was left on hold over ten minutes. Called the order line, spoke to Ann told her what happened, asked her NOT to transfer me back to the store and whattaya know. She transferred me back to the store. I never ate the pizza and atill have no resolution. That was my last $20 and it was absolutely wasted. They offered me a medium pizza which I declined because I ordered a extra large.

This was probably the worst pizza I have ever had. I would have been better off eating raw dough with sauce on it. I thought that the 1.5 star was being dramatic now I know it was being overly generous because this place was so bad it took years off my life.

Got a large pizza, BBQ wings, and spinach/cheese bread it was 🔥🔥🔥. The wings were amazing and definitely the highlight.

I ordered delivery to my hotel, the order was ready within 15 minutes. It took 1.5 hours for my food to get delivered and my hotel is within 5 minutes of the resturaunt. The delivery driver didn't even knock or signal that my food had been delivered.

This was the most disgusting domino that I've ever been in. I ordered online forty minutes ago and the order was still stuck on prep. The cashier at the counter doesn't know what he's doing nor does the cook. Both of them were extremely nasty. The cook wiping his nose with the back of his hand and continuing to make pizzas with no gloves on and the cashier went to the pizza counter and started scratching his head and touching the pizza with no gloves also. Not only do they lie in your face about how long your order is taking but they seem to have an attitude when you come in asking for a refund. Also, going inside the store was absolutely disgusting! Cheese everywhere on the counter and floor, dough on the floor that they kept stepping on, pepperoni uncut but sit on the dirty side of the counter and some on the floor. Not only that, all their supposedly frozen items are out of the freezer and just sitting on the counter thawing out. Nasty as hell.

They sent half my order. So much for “quality control”. At least they said they’d cancel/refund my whole order. That franchise is raking in the profits 🙄Not!

I have ordered from this location multiple times 5+ and there is always a problem (generally just late). The straw that broke the camels back was today (May 8th) when my pizzas were supposedly started at 8:35pm I called at 9:11pm the person on the phone stated that my pizzas hadn't even been started. Do not order from this place.

According to tracker my food sat for 45 minutes after being made, then took another half hour to deliver. Never again
