Domino's Pizza

i ordered delivery and didn’t receive most of my order. what i did receive was ice cold (took 1 hour 40 mins to deliver). when i called to add a tip for the driver the girl who answered kept telling me i can’t pick the driver (like i’m aware sis). no refund offered.

Absolutely horrible service! We order a pizza from here and we were basically 3 blks away and the site said 45mins from making to delivery it was picked up at 710pm and took over an hr to get. I had called the store asking why it was taking an hr to delivery my pizza and when they answered the phone they just said " Hello" not even Domino's or an intro! I had to make sure I called the right place! When I asked about why delivery took so long I was put on hold for 10mins and had to hang up and call back! Got the same person and answer the phone the same way and I told them this is ridiculous (not being rude) told them how close we were to the store and it shouldnt take an hr for the pizza to actually be delivered and our pizza is going to be cold! He said he understood and he would male us a new pizza and get it out to us. We never got a new pizza! When the driver got there with our original pizza he was really nice and apologized. That was the only professional thing about this place! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!

Absolutely horrible! Should have read reviews first! Order pizza online stated it would take @35min total to include delivery! App said it left location at 7:10 and we didn't get it until 8:10pm! It was cold and a 1hr delivery time after it was picked up is ridiculous! We were only 2 blocks away from this location! Called location and they said they would make a new one but never received it! Will NEVER order from here again!

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this location. I ordered at 7:30 and it didn’t get here until after 10 (online said it would take 45 minutes). When my driver got here he called and asked could I come get it from the lobby. Not sure why but okay I went in my night gown to the hotel lobby/lounge packed with people. Food was cold and no fork for my cold pasta. Richard was nice though! Never again

Missing half of my order! Called and took almost an hr to get someone that said it would be replace and delivered and 2 hrs later still no food and no one answers the phone!! Calling my bank to reverse charges! I should have just ordered Papa John’s

Received wrong order. When I reported it through the app they only offered rewards points, which means I would still have to pay delivery/tip again to get a replacement pizza

Very bad service the staff is very slowly they dont have napkins i am shock i never come to this store

The service is very bad when I ask napkins they slowed me and say we don’t have napkins

The pizza was completely under cooked and when ann Marie who made the order put it right in the box half cooked causing the dough to completely stick to the pizza box. When we went to pull a slice out the pizza was completely stuck to the box and there was practically 0 toppings of what we ordered.

Trash customer service, ordered food, delivered wrong order, asked nicely if we could simply have the correct food sent to us and sent the wrong food back with the driver, called the store and was hung up on twice, finally spoke with manager and they said they would remake and send our way, 2 hours later nothing, call again same manager answered and just passes us off to someone else that says the other person never sent our order in and it would be another hour, cancelled order.

It's Domino's. But I've never had a problem at this location, consistently good pizzas.
