Horrible, horrible service. Placed an order to be delivered at 11:45 for a lunch meeting. Called at 12:00 and all they could say was "he just left". Asked to speak with the manager and after being left on hold for 10 minutes, I finally hung up. As I type this review it is 12:15 with no delivery. We will not use them again!!

My daughter ordered her pizza at 10:25 pm for delivery. The estimated time for delivery was 11:15 pm. My daughter called at 12:30 to check and was told the order was leaving the store. Here it is 3:02 AM. Went to the store because the tracker showed the drive circling the store, leaving and going back to the store without delivering the food. My daughter went in and a ugly KAREN was standing there looking at her crazy. My daughter proceeded to tell her that she was coming to check on her order and pick it up because it had not yet arrived after 5 HOURS. She proceeded to go into detail about being short staffed, she only has 2 drivers, and she cancelled the order. I asked if she was the manager she said I'M THE GENERAL MANAGER. I asked what her name was she said I don't have to tell you that so get out of my store. I said excuse me? She then threatened to call 911. REALLY????? I WON'T GIVE UP REACHING OUT TO COOPERATE UNTIL I REACH SOMEONE. THERE'S NO WAY YOU HAVE THE IGNORANT, UNPROFESSIONAL GIRL REPRESENTING DOMINOS.

If I could post a 0 star rating I would. This is our second time we had a horrible experience with this Dominos. The first time, the order took over around 1.5 hours to get delivered at 4pm. We were estimated 30 minutes when we ordered it. When it was delivered, it was obvious it had been sitting for a long time. It was not even warm.Tonight, we decided to give them another chance. We ordered a pizza at 6:40. We were estimated delivery in 45-57 minutes. After calling twice and being ensured it was on its way 2 hours later, we come to find out they delivered it to the wrong house. We have a kid and now it’s past his bedtime. At least we know we can’t go wrong with peanut butter and jelly. NEVER ordering from this store again. So disappointing.

I went into the restaurant to order a pizza.I asked for extra extra cheese I was then told to get the F@#@# out of the store.She then became more obnoxious and rude then threatened to call the police.The police did arrive and then threatening me with trespass.Above all the store is dirty it is neglected and they had the worst staff.Not customer service friendly.A piece of making is on his phone with earbuds making pizza it doesn't wash their hands always touching the phone.I call customer service five times and never received a response.Even left messages through their automated process and still have never received the response
The manager took my order right before closing. I felt super bad coming in that late. I just want to say thanks and you have great leadership at this location.

Pizza was dry and they canceled my 1st order. I called to take with management who said she would send out another order. I got another phone call from GM to say they will not deliver another order. Two pizza orders and wings went in the trash? I give them another chance and went to pick up this order the pizzas were dry.

I had a pizza delivered I never had any problems whatsoever delivery guy was great but the girl over the phone I asked for the exact price of what it was and then checking my card from my bank it's more than what she told me I just would like for employees to watch carefully on their monitor screens and just be aware that money doesn't grow on trees but overall the food was good.
