Domino's Pizza

Ordered and paid with +25% tip for a delivery. Never got it! Called multiple times/ waited hours. Nothing but a charge on my card. Ruined dominoes for me! Almost exact situation as Christopher’s incident! They did refund the charges.

These people are rude and liars. I placed an order that was post to take 15 to be delivered. The driver marked my order as delivered and never delivered my pizza. I waited a hour and contacted the store. The manager Ernest proceeded to lie for his driver saying his driver was 5 min away. Mind you I live 5 min from the store. I waited another 5 min the pizza still never arrived. I called to store back the manager lied and said the pizza was delivered I checked the cameras no driver never came. I drove to the store for the manager to cancel my order and say he couldn’t help me. I asked him what time did the pizza leave the store he couldn’t tell me. I used to work for dominos for years and I’ve never experienced the type of behavior ever. He didn’t even try to make the pizza over he just canceled the. He told me to leave his store before this situation turned into something else threatening me. I tried to call corporate it’s late so I have to wait until the next business day. If your ever wondering why your pizza is late is because they drivers are slack and marking order as delivered on they mobile app. Knowing they haven’t even left the store

Domino’s never disappoints! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, and the sauce was flavorful. We also got some breadsticks and a side of wings—both were delicious! Delivery was fast, and everything arrived just as we ordered. Great quality and service as always!

Their pizza is always good and fresh but I personally don't like the chicken because it's not cooked long enough,the staff are nice and they work hard

Stay away from this North Charleston Domino's Pizza. I ordered pizza for delivery and the driver who was delivering the pizza, according to my tracker, never got within 2 miles of my hotel. Then my order was marked "delivered". When I called the store, the manager said that my pizza was delivered to me, the man in a truck. I explained that the driver never got close to where I was staying, I don't drive a truck, and nobody pulled up out front from Dominos. She then blamed me because I didn't answer my hotel room door when the driver who now claims to have knocked, and that's why she gave the pizza to a man in a truck. All bullshit. So I asked for a refund, and she, the "manager" said NO! Then she hung up the phone.

Dominos used to be a decent place!

I had a horrific episode with Sean, the manager, a few nights ago. He was extremely vial and demeaning with his tone. A real terrible experience!!!

However I had a credit and called to place my order and spoke with the manager Tanesha. She was very pleasant and polite, also accommodating (she could not have been nicer).

My point is...as long as it took this "manager" Sean to react and be "explosive" towards me, it took less time for Tanesha to be polite and professional towards me. I was grateful for her engagement.

DO BETTER DOMINO'S!!!!

Terrible manager with awful customer service. Heartless and rude. Don't order pizza from here ever!

Titus was horrible. Called to report him, was on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. I left clear instructions to leave at the door. He calls when he’s pulling up asking me to meet him outside. *1st problem* I’m then waiting outside in the cold and rain for him, I had to meet him at the car. I asked him did he not see that I requested for him to leave it at the door? He said no it’s dark I didn’t see. He then asked me to fill out the receipt and I did, he then requested that I fill out the tip part and I DID with $0. Why would I leave a tip when you couldn’t follow instructions on top of that you have me standing at your vehicle in the cold and rain waiting on my pizza? He then proceeds to say well you know delivery is $7 and next time you should order carry out. Completely rude and unprofessional. I will be reaching out to the district manager.

I don't appreciate the grease trap being poured over my pizza. I've seen this done at FoxBank location. Disgusting! Don't order Domino's!!! Little Caesers is the best!

Great pizza- They should watch out for a delivery driver named Raymon.. he brags to me about stealing from dominos.

Pizza came with topping on the inside box top and and sliding off the pizza (I took a picture) called the store to speak with a manager for a remake and the supposed manager (LEON) got very ignorant.hung up on me twice I have the recorded converse and you alls calls are recorded as well. I cancelled the remake and don’t care about the refund at this point. When a manager can tell me “I got the right person today” I don’t want that type of person making any food for me or my family. A second employee was instructed to hang up on me by Leon as well! The way the employees mishandled this situation I don’t want anything else from this place at all! Unjust don’t prosper! The delivery driver was the only thing positive was the driver.

The food was good. The two staff members working when I went there to pick up my pizza were rude. I told the girl thanks twice and she ignored me both times. One thanks when i got my pizza and again when i got parmesan packets. I don't get it.
