My sister in law and I came by this morning and got the best iced coffee ever. we had our regular coffee at a different dunkin earlier and they did us dirty. thank yall for making our day 🙌🙌🙌

Everytime i order my coffee it is wrong and there’s dairy instead of almond milk except for maybe one time where i didn’t have to have them remake it. This is Very bad for those who absolutely cannot have dairy. I shouldn’t have to send it back in everytime, today mine had cold foam and dairy milk in it when that is not at all what i ordered.

This is the only coffee shop by my work but i will be going the extra drive to next closest spot, starbucks. big disappointment to dunkin, I had high reviews until this establishment. Giving a non morning person a bad coffee to start their day doesn’t equal a good reputation. Horrible, i’m disappointed.

This location needs to be shut down. I’ve never been to one this dirty before EVER! From the door to the lobby, bathroom, barista station, sitting area, register area. Yucky 🤮
The service was decent but the drink tasted like stale cigarettes and I was not going to back. Please do better Dunkin!!

Awful order takers. Acted like this isn't a job they're being paid for. I myself work in fast food, and that's literally the worst crap I've ever seen. Don't get into fast food if youre not prepared to be patient with questions. On our receipt was the name Joelle, unsure if that was who was taking our order but if it was do better honestly. It was a man and woman at around 9:50am June 21.

I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. It was a half dozen of customized doughnuts. Upon leaving I checked my order. There were only 3 doughnuts in there! Two were not what I ordered. I came back to the store and went inside. The staff that I spoke to said it was 'already like that' and she thought it was complete. Would it have been hard to check before passing it to me. Most of the doughnuts weren't available. As a result, I picked my six doughnuts and left.

How hard is it to take a coffee and food order for 2 people? Workers here would have you believe it’s rocket science. If you can’t handle a simple order, how can you survive in daily life? And forget customer service. It’s completely non existent here. You greet yourself ffs…every Dukin is always the same story - the rudest and most unintelligent workers.

How hard is it to make a xl coffee with 5 creams and 5 sugars????? Stop relying on the sugar dispenser to work and learn to stir once you add the coffee won't be going back here again
