Order taker looked annoyed by my order even though it wasn't even hard, in the end somehow managed to mess it up waited 15+ minutes to get drink fixed just for them to not even fix it properly and I wasn't going to wait again because at that point I would have been late to work if I waited another 15 mins.

I ordered ahead on my mobile app before walking over from my hotel. Ten minutes after being submitted I showed up to find a small group outside because a staff member kicked everyone outside because they were too busy. Told everyone to go through the drive through. But everyone had submitted mobile orders and no one had a car. I hadn’t been there long and was still in a humorous mood so I asked if we were supposed to walk through the drive through. The employee at this point was very angry. But he let us inside after my comment. I did notice a sign on the door that said mobile pick up only but it didn’t say don’t enter the lobby. Once inside the employee was banging things every which way and proceeded to get in an yelling argument with another employee about why the lobby had people in it.

The whole experience was just weird. My coffee was done 20 minutes after my order so maybe they were just slammed. But the whole thing was weird. 🤷🏻‍♀️

DO NOT GO HERE. So much awful.... But today... I overheard THE MANAGER bragging about how she did something foul to a customer's drink.

We used Uber Eats for an order of dognuts and they are absolutely terrible and not even the order we put in but had our name on it. Not even a working phone number to call to get it straightened out. Will never eat here again.

Super disappointed by this Dunkin’ Donuts today. I normally order a toasted croissant and add a slice of American cheese at my usual Dunkin and it’s always around $3. Today when I came to this Dunkin the drive thru worker (not rude at all) informed me that her manager today her she had to ring it up as an egg and cheese croissant. When I asked what the price would be, it came to like $4.30. This is a complete rip off. You are charging me for something, I’m not eating (eggs). Why give the option to order a croissant and a side of cheese but then tell the customer too bad we are going to charge you more money? Terrible way to run business.

The people working there were very nice, the doughnuts were not so good. I’ve eaten a lot of doughnuts for dunks, and these ones were below average.

Dunkin’ is supposed to have hot fresh coffee. Every time I go in they are out. Of coffee. ‘Oh we need to start a pot’. Then I got grounds in mine. And tasted vaguely of Hazelnut. Not good. Tables dirty. Some Coast Guard guys waiting with me had same shambolic service experience.

First, we were not greeted or asked to order. We had to do our order on the kiosk, no biggie except they were out of pumpkin syrup and the muffins we wanted. Luckily we were able to ask about muffins before we ordered. They had no pumpkin syrup and had to figure something else out for my coffee. Then we were not given our food and was asked what we ordered. This is when the manager stepped in and grabbed the receipt that printed out from our order to get our food together.

Why do they not have any glazed?!?!?!?! This is the 2nd time we’ve been disappointed here. The 1st time they had no donuts whatsoever and today no glazed.
