This morning like any other previous warning I have stopped in at the Dunkin’ Donuts for a signature latte or just a regular latte and a sandwich each morning there’s always dysfunction people not paying attention to drive-through orders when specifically asked to have a hot latte not cold when it is 48° outside and then ordering a new signature sandwich such as the grilled cheese with the special jam with one side dry as a brick with nothing on, it made slowly with no care. They very disappointed. I don’t mind if you’re having fun on the job but stay focused and having quality product served for the price that we’re paying. I deserve better Service. I continue to come to this location because of convenience but each time I get disappointed so if you’re looking for quality and great customer service, please try another location. I recommend.

This DD is very poorly managed. The lobby clearly hasn't been cleaned in several days, they were running out of donuts before 10:30am, they couldn't keep track of their orders, and the bathroom was just plain scary. @Dunkin please fix this franchise.

I would give 20 stars if I could! Arthur provided me with the most excellent customer service experience I have had in months!!! And an absolutely delicious coffee. They have made my day and I cannot wait to come back for more great coffee and a wonderful atmosphere. This person deserves a raise and y'all are blessed to have them, thanks Arthur ❤️❤️❤️

We walked in with no other customers at the drive thru or store. The worker was by the drive thru window, looked at us and never said a word. We waited 2 minutes with no acknowledgement!! The donut area had papers hanging off the rack! Dirty and disrespectful location…. And I have been to many! Because I had the DUNKIN’ App I had started my order using 950 of my points. WELL DUNKIN’ took off my points and I never got a drink. I have tried to contact DUNKIN’ by email and phone ( on hold for over 50 minutes)and have yet to get any response! . I never write negative reviews but this experience warranted one. I hope DUNKIN’ can finally make this right.

My sister in law and I came by this morning and got the best iced coffee ever. we had our regular coffee at a different dunkin earlier and they did us dirty. thank yall for making our day 🙌🙌🙌

Everytime i order my coffee it is wrong and there’s dairy instead of almond milk except for maybe one time where i didn’t have to have them remake it. This is Very bad for those who absolutely cannot have dairy. I shouldn’t have to send it back in everytime, today mine had cold foam and dairy milk in it when that is not at all what i ordered.

This is the only coffee shop by my work but i will be going the extra drive to next closest spot, starbucks. big disappointment to dunkin, I had high reviews until this establishment. Giving a non morning person a bad coffee to start their day doesn’t equal a good reputation. Horrible, i’m disappointed.

This location needs to be shut down. I’ve never been to one this dirty before EVER! From the door to the lobby, bathroom, barista station, sitting area, register area. Yucky 🤮
The service was decent but the drink tasted like stale cigarettes and I was not going to back. Please do better Dunkin!!

Awful order takers. Acted like this isn't a job they're being paid for. I myself work in fast food, and that's literally the worst crap I've ever seen. Don't get into fast food if youre not prepared to be patient with questions. On our receipt was the name Joelle, unsure if that was who was taking our order but if it was do better honestly. It was a man and woman at around 9:50am June 21.

I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. It was a half dozen of customized doughnuts. Upon leaving I checked my order. There were only 3 doughnuts in there! Two were not what I ordered. I came back to the store and went inside. The staff that I spoke to said it was 'already like that' and she thought it was complete. Would it have been hard to check before passing it to me. Most of the doughnuts weren't available. As a result, I picked my six doughnuts and left.

How hard is it to take a coffee and food order for 2 people? Workers here would have you believe it’s rocket science. If you can’t handle a simple order, how can you survive in daily life? And forget customer service. It’s completely non existent here. You greet yourself ffs…every Dukin is always the same story - the rudest and most unintelligent workers.
